Its "ok", great location but with some slight improvements might be really good.

Great location near the river and city park with city center and everything.

It was pretty cold inside.. It seems you can change temperature but its locked at max 21 (you can change it whatever you want ~25 but nothing is happening) degree and for winter time and outside temperature around 0 or minus.. 21 degree inside is really low and at last i'm not sure is that 20-21 inside were realistic. We froze during stay inside and also during the night...

If you have sensitive sleep this building is horrible

It was clean and near the center

The noise was horrible. I woke up like 10 times because every time somebody entered the building you could hear the front door very loudly. When the neighbors came home at 3 AM we could hear the door in the hall and also the light was annoying and woke us up. Besides there was a bad smell in the bathroom

An enjoyable experience!

The apartment was super clean and spacious. The location for first-comers is fantastic: close to the cathedral and city center, you can easily walk to each point.

A few suggestions for improvement: a microwave would be useful, changing the cutlery and dishes would be nice, and always checking the kettle (it should be clean before entering the apartment). Also, information on how to enter the building (passcode) should be provided in a separate message because during check-in, you should click the separate category to see this information. In this case, an instant message before the actual arrival would be helpful.

Good potential and premisses, management leaves à lot to be desired.

Good location, well decorated

Snag with a key that was supposed to be in my possession (but has never been given to me) les to my not being able to access the flat late at night. Four days and four phone calls later, the snag had yet to be resolved!

very beautiful building and great location, but there are a lot of cockroaches

During my stay the facade of the building was being renovated, which was not mentioned beforehand. Because of the scaffolding, the blinds could not be opened during the day, as there were workers on the outside, the windows could not be opened due to the mess, there were cockroaches both on the balcony and inside the room, there was a lot of dust on the floor, making it quite dirty. The construction was happening right at my window so there was noise throughout the entire day, which was a big inconvenience given that I had to attend work meetings through all that noise. As a woman travelling alone, having multiple men working right outside my window made me feel unsafe and uneasy, always having to make sure the blinds were fully drawn and that my room was not visible. The morning of my checkout, i woke up and there were cockroaches everywhere on the floor, including on the hallway. Additionally, the shower head was also broken and leaking and there was loud music blasting through the building every morning. I had to extend my stay for one day, which was not done through Booking, which i found weird but due to the urgency i had to extend with this property. I have left the cash money in the room.

Decent property with flaws

The room exceeded our expectations. It looked amazing and it was very comfortable. The place was super clean

The communication with the property was very poor. My messages were rarely answered. It seemed like the water in the apartment was served in doses. As we used the water the pressure kept decreasing until it fully stopped, even during showers. If we waited a couple of hours, the water would again have pressure for a while until it stopped flowing again. This happened during our whole stay, it wasn't just twmporary

It was quiet and close to the main square. Right next door is a wonderful coffee shop. The building is beautiful and loved the courtyard.

The key system is a little cumbersome in that you are locki g it going in and coming out. Maybe a key pad on each door would be nice.

Worth the money

I had the two person room, and it has everything I needed (except maybe a microwave). The bed was comfortable, and the AC and heating are nice. The fridge is nice and big, and the shower and toilet do the job. The sound proof wall are a welcome addition to the room, and the wifi is good. The only things I didn't like were not being able to air out the room properly (there are no windows directly to the outside), and the bathroom staying humid for a long time after taking a shower. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

Great location, safe and clean building

I don’t like back-sided rooms but each time I was given those dark rooms which I don’t enjoy my stay and I cannot see this details when I choose the rooms. Construction started at 7:30 in the morning, it was next room and couldn’t sleep. Also 10:00 o’clock is too early to leave and 15:00 is too late to check in

High ceilings

The high ceilings give the place a very classy vibe and the location was close to the city centre. Loved the minimalistic look and the modern feel of the studio. The host was very helpful regarding check-in and even helped us pay our parking!!!

The location is on the main road so there was some noise from traffic, a little inconvenience if you think what you get in return from this stay.
