A stylish, clean and comfortable hotel close to the centre of Timișoara — definitely worth returning to.

We stayed at Cosmopolita Boutique Hotel for the first time and were really impressed. The design is elegant and modern, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is well located, close to the city centre but still quiet, and it offers convenient parking.

Everything was very good — perhaps the breakfast area could be a bit larger, but overall the experience was excellent.

Super good time in cosmopolita boutique hotel

All newly built, very comfortable, lift goes down to the parking garage, stuff - friendly and helpful, breakfast is nice and welcoming.

More hanging knobs in the bathroom will do nicely. Almost no place to hang a shirt or underwear... Strange light control for the bathroom...

Good value for the money for 1 night stay

All good for one night stay. Not best room choice, but being the last available..no comment. The bathroom was not good designed, both practical and technical. Looking good superficially, supports improvements if you go into details.

Friendly staff, but poor hygiene

The staff was super kind and friendly. They welcomed our pet with open arms. The location is good. We arrived late and that was not a problem. It has a pleasant smell in the corridors. There is a coffee machine, as well as iron and some amenities.

The apartment was dirty. Cleanliness out of 5 is maybe between 1 and 2. When you shower, the area is so clogged that water remains and comes out the dirt from the area that was not cleaned. You definetly need to bring extra shoes that you can use while showering. It is the same with the sink in the bathroom, okay design, super dirty and that one is hard to clean. The fee for a dog is 100 lei per night, which is fine and standard to pay additional fee. I have given this feedback to other hotels too, I think it should be revisited how that is imposed because for longer stays it is not really okay as they are not cleaning every day anyway.

Overall, a great stay that made my visit even more enjoyable.

The location is very convenient — just a 20-minute walk to Piata Unirii and the city center. You have pretty much everything you need nearby: shops, flower shops, bistros, a bakery, pharmacy, etc. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to the city.

Child and rest unfriendly

Size of room

Child unfriendly - but that might be a national problem- you have to specifically ask day after day for a child seat at the table, own cutlery and plate is also not obvious. We asked in advance for a child bed but it didn't come with a sheet, nor did we get a towel for our kid. The bathroom bin is so tiny it gets full after a diaper and changing the bag also doesn't occur unless you ask for it the next day. In the grand scheme of things it's understandable if you see how understaffed they are and how migrant workers are working hard overtime in all hotel areas. The most atrocious though is the glaring neon lights and club beats music that blares at your face everywhere, on the hallway you need to raise your voice to hear each other. Sleeping was far from achievable in Timișoara 's hot climate, the airco sounds like an industrial machine and on the last night it took us from 26 to 32 celsius, probably broke down. Had to constantly negoxiate with the 5 windows for the least street noise, despite the not so central location. We left depleted. Nobody asked how our stay was.

Almost everything No hot water on day one Breakfast was too ordinary for 12€ worth No milk available with coffee or creamer atleast Suite was actually one big room with bath tub in it Paying 100 Eur per night for this hotel is absurd Taxi always gets late as they have to take huge U turn everytime, the location was not appropriate Staff did maximum whatever they could but it’s the entire management was a problem Front office person do everything, housekeeping, room service is one man only. Breakfast was cold and not maintained as per standard.

Chic hotel in a great location

It is an excellent hotel, the location is great, just a 15 minute walk from the city center (the bust station is also a 2 minute walk), it is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had various options for vegetarians as well. Our room was nice and cozy, we had everything we needed. There is also a parking garage available free off charge.

- Our room was a bit strange, the windows were very small, and located on the lower part of the room, but it didn't really bother us as we just slept there one night. - There is an ambient music in the hallways, but it was too loud, and we could hear it in the room until late at night. Maybe you can turn it down at night :)

I like everything about the property! Perfect location if you like going to Amazonia Aquapark. It’s on the half way between Aquapark and city center. The room was clean.

Fashionable and peaceful hotel

Extremely friendly staff, eager to help with all of our questions, received us with an on-the-house Cosmopolitan in a great looking, fashionable hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped, leaving you with the feeling of peace and calm, due to the well chosen colour palette.

The bathroom lightning was done through sensors and stopped if you were stuck in the same position for more than a minute or so.

Charming little hotel

The room was very spacious and clean, there was an ironing board with an iron, a free safe, free parking. This is a very cute, cosy hotel, would definitely book again. The breakfast had variety, but it wasn't so warm at about 9 o'clock. The hotel is quite peaceful, the streets are noisy, but nothing out of the ordinary. We couldn't really hear the other guests.

We had two problems, one being that the AC was actually heating instead of cooling. We thought we didn't know how to set it up, but the reception lady also tried, and it continued to heat. We were offered a different, smaller room, but chose to stay. The weather wasn't so warm at night so we could sleep without the AC, and the next day was even colder, so we didn't need it at all. The other small problem we didn't report was the sink in the bathroom, it was kind of clogged, the water ran very slowly.

Good, with a lot of room for improvement.

The bed sheet was too small for the matress , so we ended up sleeping directly on the matress. The pillows too hard, and bed side tables were missing. The fridge(minibar) very loud, we had to unplug it to be able to sleep.

Stylish and pleasant

A wonderful boutique hotel, ideal for short stays. It is modern and stylish in a very pleasant part of town. The staff were friendly, the underground parking was nice, the provided room amenities were generous and the interior design was pleasant to look at.

They need to do some reprogramming on the room door locks, as well as the room cards, because if you or another guest aren't paying attention to the room number, you or that person can accidentally enter another's room, as these cards work universally. Also, it would be nice if in the future they would also add a shoehorn to the rooms.
