Mediocre. Not in million years a 5 stars hotel.

It was very clean.

Oh God. There were so many bad things. 1. We tried to get in touch with room service, but they did not answer. I had to go to the reception and ask, I think it’s unacceptable in a 5stars hotel. 2. They forgot to bring something from our order, we called reception(this time they answered) and they said they will bring it right away, but NEVER DID. Again unacceptable from a supposedly 5stars hotel. 3. Very few option for breakfast. 4. You can’t have the worst eggs(CODE 3 on the eggs) on the market at breakfast in a 5 stars hotel. Best case for this is 3 stars.

Nice place but no ventilation in the luxurious rooms

We’ve been staining in the 2 floors lux room, with the bad and bathroom on the second floor, unfortunately, the ventilation on the second floor is missing and you have no air in the sleeping area… so at the mid of the night you just go downstairs to sleep on the couch…

This hotel is the best I ever seen! The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect as well. Sparking white wine!

A peaceful and stylish hotel with exceptional staff and a lovely setting, though breakfast variety could be improved.

Great hotel on a quiet and really nice location. It is outside the city centre, but that is actually what we liked with Zet hotel. The room was nicely furnished, spacious, very clean and with some nice designer’s details. Surrounding, garden, plenty of parking spaces, the restaurant and above all really nice and helpful staff (especially lady at the reception) is a reason for this positive review. What we think could have been better is breakfast - everything was tasty and fresh, but what was missing was a greater possibility of choice. Also, we had a problem with the water pressure in the bathroom - the water was changing from hot to cold almost constantly.

New hotel a bit off the beaten path but because of this very quiet and comfortable. Nice warm finishes and one can feel the touch of designer everywhere. Great food in the hotel restaurant. Very comfortable bed and general sleeping experience. Friendly and prepared staff.

In the struggle between design and comfort, design won. Light switches, sink, toilet paper holder etc. etc. are very nice but uncomfortable to use. The design lamps in the hall are either mounted crooked or already miss some parts, the coffee table in the room broken. The overall impression is that the designer has tried to create a cosy and high design ambience using cheap copies of the expensive furniture and lighting brands, which is fine ... but needs to be properly maintained in a hotel that aims for the 5 star level. I hope you take it as constructive criticism for improvement;)

Amaizing place to stay in Timisoara!

We liked our stay very much, I strongly recommend it if you travel to Timisoara! The restaurant is very chic, as well as the entire hotel, loved the design. Everything was very clean, the staff very very friendly and ready to help or guide you, breakfast was delicious - we had the best omelets ever!

We had a normal room, and the bathroom was a little tight. Apart from this, all was very comfortable and designed with a great taste for style.

Luxos in aparenta / dezamagitor in esenta

Hotelul ZET impresionează prin modernitate și eleganță, oferind o senzație de lux încă din momentul în care pășești în hol sau în camere. Designul interior este foarte atractiv și camerele sunt mobilate cu gust, creând o atmosferă sofisticată. In plus, deși camera avea geam și vedere spre exterior, am resimțit o senzație de sufocare și claustrofobie, similară cu ceea ce am întâlnit doar în camere de la subsol, ceea ce a afectat confortul general al sejurului. În concluzie, ZET Hotel oferă un cadru elegant și luxos, însă experiența gastronomică și senzația de confort în cameră nu corespund standardelor unui hotel de cinci stele la acest preț.

experiența micului dejun a fost sub așteptări, mai ales raportat la prețul ridicat al hotelului. Tehnica de prezentare a preparatelor, prin reflectarea în oglindă, dă impresia unui bufet mai bogat decât este în realitate. Calitatea unor produse, cum ar fi icrele, a fost foarte slabă și neconsumabilă, iar alte preparate au fost de asemenea dezamăgitoare.

Nu mi-a placut la intrarea in camera nu exista un pic de hol . efectiv daca ramane usa de la camera deschisa si trece cineva pe hol te vede in toata camera. Camera este mare spatiosa dar singurul inconvenient este cu camera.

Cameră frumos amenajată, cu pat confortabil si foarte curată. Staff-ul foarte amabil. Terasa frumos amenajată.

Micul dejunul necesită niște îmbunătățiri. Sau nu a fost pe gustul meu. Pâinea de proastă calitate și produsele de patiserie la fel. Per total nu prea gustos. Un plus - produse bio. Cred că o piscină ar fi mai binevenită decât atâtea restaurante.

nu e de 5 stele cu siguranta

Saltele foarte bune; baia foarte bine. Mic dejun exceptional. Personal foarte bine instruit. Parcare si amenajari exterioare foarte frumoase.

Pernele au fost de calitate proasta. Lampadarul de langa fotoliu nu functiona. Fotoliul era deslipit, cu spatarul desfacut si nu putea fi folosit. Una din veiozele de la pat nu functiona. La televizor erau doar 12 programe, fara niciun canal de streaming. Locatie departe de centru.
