Comfortable and good short vacation

Nice hotel and also nice rooms. Very good and spacious spa. Also the breakfast was very good!

They didnt clean our room, and there were not enough towels that we can use for spa.

Excellent spa with well-maintained saunas and jacuzzi. Very tasty, well-presented breakfast We stayed for 10 nights in a deluxe double room, early November, travelling as a couple. Purpose was a relaxation break with a focus on spa time. The room had a calm and warm lighting. Surfaces, corners, and bathroom fittings were noticeably clean, matching the photos accurately. The mattress was great and we slept comfortably. Staff interactions consistently felt attentive; requests were handled quickly. The spa itself was a highlight — well-kept, and with stable temperatures in both saunas and the jacuzzi. Would stay again: Yes — ideal for a relaxing couple’s getaway or wellness-focused weekend.

"You get what you pay for", however the safety environment requires to be offered by the hotel.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was excellent.

No wifi in the room. The air conditioning did not work. The one step/stair located before entering the single digits rooms is very dangerous. There was no light and one can easy fall, sprain the ankle, or even worse, fracture something. It requires a yellow pain/line across the floor and at least a proper lighting before someone gets a bad injury.

Nice and convenient

Very nice and convenient location for airport transit. Luca and Timotei at front desk were very nice and courteous, we had to check out early for our flight they help us with the early breakfast sandwiches ready for us and the cab. We had a standard room and we got updated to a suite also. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel room our friends and family.

Good concept hotel spa, nicely done as long as safety is not an issue and it is not.

The room has a great balcony. Grass is growing where grout is missing.

Disregard of safety and attitude of staff at reception. There is no safe entrance, you have to climb many stairs. Nobody to help with luggage. No elevator to second floor. You have to climb two sets of stairs. Broken, missing door on shower but at least you can breake your neck on the wet floor if you didn't do it in the tub. No worries no anti slip mat to be found. Broken hair dryer. No replacement provided. A little mold in the corner of the bathtub, nothing to worry about or rusty towel holder. Everything else is pretty and fashionable. Go somewhere else if you are motion disabled in any way. Floors are super slippery, to acces the SPA you have to climb up and down many stairs some of them have no railing. God forbid of wet stairs. Poor breakfast no fruit juices just some poor watery drinks, hot items cold or beary warm.

SPA IS GOOD !

The spa is good. Breakfast is ok, but could be better, not to be the same every day. The restaurant is good, as well as the staff in the restaurant. The room was clean, and the staff from the cleaning department was kind and good.

Customer service =0 Professionalism =0 Flexibility =0 For the 4* hotel, that you want to be, customer service is not ok. I stayed there for 3 months last year, nothing was done to make me feel welcome and like home.

The bedroom was really comfortable and the swimming pool is big. The services are good for the price.

The male receptionist is really cold and he did not explain anything when I got there. It seems he was tired of working there. The locations is a little far away and the spa was packed of people on the weekend. So if you are booking the room just for the spa, it s not worth it. The checking is at 14:00. The sauna and the spa were not ready at 7:00.

Not a hotel, but pool with rooms

Rooms were new and clean, guy cleaning the rooms is efficient and friendly. Bathroom is exceptional. I got the superior room, but it was very noisy as it's located next to the road and heavy trucks start passing from 4:30 am.

This is in no shape or form a 4 star resort. Its a swimming poo with amenities for external guests with modern rooms. Approach from the parking has a lot of stairs, and guests need to carry the luggage. Business is focused towards pool guests and they have full priority (even in ordering drinks from the bar ). The pool/spa area is packed from early in the morning, sunbeds are squeezed against each other. The only option I had after speaking to the reception was to pay extra for a baldahin, which was quiet costly. Outside pool is packed, and not very clean. Staff doesn't speak english so I got shouted at for trying to exit the spa area where I came in ("spa reception"), but was supposed to know that a door with sign "massage" leads to rooms.

We came to town for a wedding. I really didn't like the fact that there was no electricity in our room when we arrived back at the hotel in the morning. The lady at the reception didn't know any alternative to solve the situation. The door to our room was very difficult to close. We have mixed feelings about the accommodation...

There was a party in the back yard in facilities that belong to the hotel. the party ( noise ) starts 21:00 more or less and I decide to leave the hotel at 03:00, and sleep in the car because of the noise.
