The guy from the reservation phone was great. Room was warm and clean.

The fitness center should be removed from the facilities. Its more like a storage room for old 3 machines. Breakfast not diversified at all. Maybe it worths more during the summer as a couple. Small room. Low value for money.

Amazing design and stuff, poor breakfast!

Amazing place! Designed so cool that we felt in love immediately! The stuff was very friendly and cute, especially tall guy in the reception and restaurant guy from Bangladesh, very high class! Restaurant had nice menu and tasty meals, the pool view and lobby room are just amazingly charming!! Location 12-15 minutes walk to the center and this road is also authentic and the city feels closer

Very good but, with little effort, could be better

Nice little hotel, cozy restaurant, close enough to the city center. Most staff are polite and helpful. I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and I intend to stay again in the future. Parking (when available) is a big bonus.

Just a few observations. Even though I requested, parking was not available on arrival and I was told to find a spot on the street because all reserved spots were taken by restaurant customers. While most staff are polite and very helpful, some still need to improve their customer skills. Romanian may be their second language but, if they choose to use it, certain communication skills, including the polite addressing formulas, are a must when interacting with clients. Courtesy is a necessity in any respectful hotel. Also, a smile will go a long way. I do not believe that reception staff should leave the front desk unattended while having their meal in the restaurant. While this is not a problem for me, the furniture is getting a little old. One important suggestion: the restaurant menu needs to offer more variety. That way, more hotel guests would choose to have dinner in house.

Comfortable quiet room. Good breakfast. Food at the restaurant is sensational, so we stayed a second time on our way out of Romania, just for the food at the restaurant.

A hidden gem, in the heart of Timisoara.

So calm, welcoming and relaxing place! The pool is a great place to relax after a long day on Timisoara streets. Didn't test the restaurant - maybe next time. But the breakfast was very good.

Better avoid the hotel! They have cancel our booking and offered an "upgrade" to a 3 stars hotel without any addition cost (like a bad joke). We have refused their offer and they refused to refund our money.

Τhe location was niice and easy.Very clean room and all the hotel,nice gym and pool l.The breakfast was excellent but all the credits go to the employee (Sherpa I suppose is his name).I don't think that he is the owner of the hotel but I think that he acts to the clients just like he is. Congratulations.

The second bed wasn't good so our second child slept in our bed.

Unconfortable sleep 2 nights in a row due to inefficient air conditioning

The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was very good. The waiter (Mr. Sherpa) was very kind and pleasant. The pool was large, the water was clean, and the ambient music was nice. There were places to sit by the pool, both on loungers, chairs or on benches. They also have a restaurant, but we didn’t try it. The room and bathroom were dated but clean. There were parking spaces available.

The air conditioning in Room 11 was unable in 40 hours to cool the room properly. In oour extended weekend break the outside temperature reached 36°C, and even though the AC ran non-stop on maximum speed and minimum temperature, it was still around 24°C at night, which was uncomfortable for sleeping. The mattress was too soft for my preference — I would have preferred a firmer one. On the morning of our departure, we found out from other guests that we were supposed to receive a "welcome drink" coupon from the reception on arrival (like they received), but we (4 people, 2 rooms, 2 nights each) didn’t receive any...meh

Wonderful and relaxing stay very close to cuty center.

Casa del Sole is an oase in the middle of the city. It is 15 min walk from city center and has a grocery store and pharmacy within 5 min walking distance. The rooms were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the varied-menu restaurant. The main attraction for the kids was the wonderful pool.

Everything perfect as usual!

Everytime we stay in Timisoara we book Casa del Sole! It‘s gorgeous all year round, it has great food, a great pool (if you‘re so lucky to enjoy a nice relaxing day at the pool), the rooms are very clean and the staff is always helpful and there to accomodate your every need! There is no place like it and we‘ll always keep coming back to this oasis of relaxation!

Cozy hotel in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre

Everything was perfect except one minor comment I explain below.

The only minor inconvenience I had in my room was a roof window which would close automatically as soon as it started to drizzle and there was no way of leaving it open.

Best place for a relaxing holiday!

Lovely hotel! The staff is very friendly, the room was comfortable and we loved the swimming pool and the terras with all the plants. A pleasant 20' walk brings you to the city centre. The Bega river is nearby and a great place to spend a relaxing evening. I actually stayed there for business before and really wanted to come back with my husband to spend our holiday in this hotel.

A piece of serendipity in Timisoara

Everything is cozy and the staff is really really kind and available for all my need, clean and green. Food at the restaurant very good and very nice location in a quiet and safe district very near to the centre. Strictly recommended!

I've gotten a room 3 times smaller (11 m2 instead of 32 m2) with the toilet seat very dirty (only the label "sanitized" has been applied), no desk, no mosquito net (got bitten by mosquitos - it was hot and there is a park nearby), narrow beds, and with broken shower light. I've asked to be moved after 2 days and after I've been moved, on the same day, someone's entered my room for no reason when I was out. In the new room I got a big round table as a desk replacement (initially got a very small round table as desk replacement). The new room was about 20 m2. The property owner changed my booking on the fly (on the Booking site) so the booked room size was changed from 32m2 to 27m2. Toilet tank was broken, sometimes the water wasn't turned off. The cleaning lady didn't check if I have enough toilet paper, so I've been left without. I've requested compensation for the first 2 nights, but the receptionist lied that that's not possible because I've already paid online (I have been forced to pay before seeing the property in order to not change my mind!!). In the end I've received the minimum compensation possible for the first 2 nights of about 10% of the 2 nights price.

The rooms are as quiet as you neighbors are. We could hear dogs during the day, but his was not an issue for us and they were quiet during the night.

Disappointing

Nice, old-style design. Very good location. Food excellent in restaurant.

The toilet in the room broke and after it had supposedly been repaired continued to not work. The shower holder was broken so I had to hold the showerhead when showering. The bed mattress sloped from one side and was quite uncomfortable. An electric kettle was supplied but no spoons, etc to mix coffee and tea. Very disappointing.
