Hotel location is very good as well as facilities. Rooms are clean and their size is good.

Staff at the recaption did not provide necessary information (e.g. changed working hours of swimming pool, sauna..), during the check out they try to put on the bill mini bar that was not used, while the attitude was very unpleasant. This was disappointing and unexpected, particularly taking into account we are guests of the hotel for the last 5 years.

Modern and charming Hotel in the city centre

Fantastic Hotel with central location. In just couple of minutes you'll find yourself in the heart of the city centre. We were situated on the 9th floor, the view was spectacular, overlooking the whole city. The room itself was specious and very modern, it had all the amenities you would need. The spa and swimming pool area were an amazing adittion. Staff at the reception was welcoming. Would gladly come back.

The pools, gym and wellness area were above expectations. Parking was easy. Elevators are small. Room was spotless and more spacious than expected. It’s recently been renovated. Walking distance to decent restaurants.

Disappointing

The location, city center is very close

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing as we were expecting 4 stars services. My honest opinion, I stayed at better 3 stars hotels than this. The service is poor, outdated room and facilities, really bad breakfast (better go to a coffee shop in the city) … I do not recommend this hotel.

Good value for money

The location of the hotel isperfect if you want to go out for a drink or sth to eat in the old center of TM. Although it looks like one of the old typical hotels from Communists time, it is clearly recommendable: clean, fair value for money, nothing really to complain about

This hotel quicky became my go to place when visiting Timisoara on business or leisure.

I was impressed by the room and conditions. While the hotel looks very dated from the outside, inside it is a fully up to date place with very comfortable rooms. I did not expect so many amenities and the view was fantastic from the 12th floor. We needed a good night's rest after a wedding and we got just that. Also managed to remotely work from there the entire next day.

It was very hot in the room, it's not possible to lower the temperature, even with the open window during night it was very warm.

Great location for exploring the city

Hotel's location is great, everything is at the walking distance, it spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. View is very nice. Bathroom is clean and big, you get all the necessary amenities.

I would prefer kettle over coffee machine, but it's my thing. Breakfast is good, I wouldn't rate it as exceptional but there was a vary of ok food.

very old rooms, furniture was in a bad condition, the bad was moving a lot, walls full of scratches and dirt and the carpet on the floor that was covering the entire floor did not look clean. was not too bothered cause we stayed only for one night but it does not seem comfortable for more.

The room was old fashioned. The extra bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The hotel needs to be refurbished, it looks like in the early ‘90’s.

The staff is so efficient and polite, from reception guys to cleaning staff. Clean, superb well located.

It is a bit old fashioned, but this does not affect the general score. For instance, few sockets to plug all devices we take with us.
