A perfect place for a short stay in Timișoara

An excellent hotel, with very kind and helpful staff, and spacious and comfortable rooms. The room was spotless, quite large, with a most comfortable bed and plenty of space for our luggage. The bathroom had all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay. The location of the hotel is quite good, next to a very nice park and a 15-minute stroll away from the most beautiful squre in the city - Union Square.

convenient for a stop-over

Excellent breakfast and kind staff. The room was spotless. The park proximity (just outside the window) is great for a pet owner.

The rooms are advertised as soundproof. Unfortunately, this is only partially true. While the walls are likely soundproof, the same can be said about neither the windows or the room door. Which means, my pet dog could not be left alone in the room, as we usually do, because it was being stressed by activity on the corridor and/or the children playing in the park just outside. So far I've visited many places that do deliver on the sound protection, sadly this hotel is not one of them.

Location of the hotel is ok .

Hotel is very outdated, needs massive refurbishment. We had the room to the street side and literally we heard everything from outside ,meaning that the windows are cheap ones. When we went for breakfast we felt like we are into a funeral meal as nobody greet us ,no ambience of music , food was poor and the Chef and Waitress were talking in front of bar and we heard all silly conversations about their conspiracy and obvious they were not interested on how was the food for customers and cleaning the tables . Typical romanian poor management with careless staff .

Hotel 15ak minuta hoda do centra grada, na jako lepoj i mirnoj lokaciji. Sobe čiste, uredne, prostrane sa jako udobnim krevetima. Doračak raznovrstan i bogat, uz kafu i cedjene sokove. Definitivno preporučujem

Personalul foarte amabil, camere curate și confortabile, iar facilitățile pentru animalele de companie au fost peste așteptări. Loc perfect de cazare cu animalul de companie — ne-am simțit cu toții bineveniți. Cu siguranță revenim!

Bilo je jako cisto, osoblje je vrlo ljubazno, lokacija je zadovoljavajuca. Nema buke, ponovili bi smo dolazak rado. Topla preporuka.

Nije bilo moguce doruckovati u hotelu, a kartica od sobe je cesto blokirala.

집사람과 이틀 묵었다 위치나 시설 모두 좋았다 주차장도 넓고 직원들도 모두 친절했다 특히 샤워실이 넓직하고 욕조가 잏어서 피로 풀기에 아주 좋았다 추천하고싶은 호텔이다

Das Personal war hervorragend freundlich und umsichtig. Frühstück war super. Die Ausstattung vom Badezimmer.

Dass es nur eine Zimmerkarte gab und nicht zwei. Zudem hatten wir Probleme, dass diese auch nicht funktionierte und wir eine neue gebraucht haben.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel, jó szívvel ajánljuk bárkinek a szállodát!

Nagyon jó helyen volt, a szombat esti programunkhoz nagyon közel. A személyzet nagyon barátságos és előzékeny volt. A reggeli is nagyon bőséges és finom volt. Az őszi lombok látványa a reggeliző helyről gyönyörű látványt nyújtott.

Nagyon erős a levegő illatosító a szálloda halljában. Akinek érzékenyebb a szaglása, annak ez egy kicsit zavaró lehet.

Sve najbolje, sve odlicno!

Lokacija je odlicna, 15 min hoda do trga pobede, hotel cist maksimalno, kreveti preudobni, osoblje ekstremno ljubazno, parking veliki i bezbedan ispred samog hotela.

Malo je grejanje jace, pa vecinom ljudi otvaraju prozore iako pise da ne bi trebalo i eventualno osvetljenost samog apartmana bi mogla biti bolja, ima svetla, ali nekako je malo mracno.

Хотелът е страхотен.Стаите бяха много чисти и охладени предварително.Персоналът беше много любезен и нямахме никакви проблеми при настаняването въпреки късният ни час на пристигане.Паркингът беше осветен и имаше видеонаблюдение.Закуската беше чудесна,а момчето което отговаряше за нея беше много отзивчиво.Препоръчвам с най-голямо удоволствие това място.

Extraordinar cu adevarat !

Micul dejun a fost un mare rasfat ! Greu de egalat daca nu-ti propui sa-ti rasfeti musafirii! Dotarile din camere si baie de foarte buna calitate. Nu mau sunt cuvinte de adaugat doar ca parcul din spatele hotelului intregeste atmosfera si ambianta. Felicitari administratorilor si proprietarilor.

Odlična lokacija, čisto, uredno, dobar doručak, ali je hotel bio pun pa se izgleda nisu snašli oko posluženja, falilo svega, ipak su se trudili da dopunjavaju.

Tv nije radio ni u jednoj od 2 sobe koje smo iznajmili.

Un sejur care ne a incarcat pozitiv și ne am simțit extraordinar datorită personalului atent la orice detaliu!

Am petrecut câteva zile in Timișoara iar Hotelul Rivo ne-a pus la dispozitie exact ce aveam nevoie: un personal atent la nevoile noastre,calm, zambitor si primitor! Curățenia a fost impecabila, camera fiind spațioasă cu toate facilitățile,iar micul dejun diversificat și delicios! Hotelul dispune de o terasa non stop,iar in sala de mese exista cafetiera,apa si ceai disponibile 12/24. Hotelul este amplasat lângă parcul Regina Maria și dispune de aer curat,multa verdeata,mai ales in perioada primăverii/verii. Parcare privată in fata hotelului. A fost un sejur minunat in perioada sărbătorilor Pascale. Cu siguranța vom reveni la acest hotel,mai ales ca se afla foarte aproape de centrul orașului,la doar 1,2 km! Multumim Hotel Rivo, multumim Timișoara! 😊

Foarte frumos hotelul.

Locația hotelului foarte buna. Cald în cameră, curat. Foarte ok. Singura problema întâmpinată de noi a fost că frigiderul nu funcționa. Am avut parte de doua zile mai călduroase și mergea foarte bine un suc rece, de la frigider. Am înțeles ca hotelul a fost preluat recent, deci nu ne-am supărat deloc pe acest motiv. Am incredere însă ca le vor pune pe toate la punct, dat fiindcă hotelul este destul de mare, au nevoie de timp pentru a rezolva tot ce este de rezolvat. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun.
