Very nice hotel, will visit again

Location is best feature of hotel, room was clean and cozy. Hotel staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was pretty good.

We had very loud neighbors with kids who were constantly hitting doors, playing with ball, screaming. We asked staff to help us with that and it did get a little bit better after that but can’t really blame hotel about rude people who stayed in room next to us.

Felt like home

It is within walking distance of tourist attractions, yet still quiet.

It's in a perfect location in the city center, everything is within walking distance, and there are lots of restaurants and breakfast places in the neighborhood. The staff were extremely polite and helpful when we left our luggage with them for safekeeping after check-out.

Unfortunately, we didn't take into account that, as it is located in the old town, it cannot be accessed by car, and although there is a paid parking lot a 10-minute walk away (25 lei/day), it was very inconvenient for them arriving at night and in the rain. But if you take this into account, it's not a long distance, just be careful with the size of your luggage. And a tiny but very important detail: there was a spider web above the bed.

Great value, central location for adventures in Timisoara

Nice location in the main area of Timisoara, within walking distance of endless shops, restaurants, bars. Air conditioning worked great even when it was 35C outside.

Very relaxing weekend

The location was excellent. We stayed in a very spacious apartment, the beds were comfortable. The staff was a 10. We will definitely be back.

One of the Best Options in Old City Centre

Very nice place in excellent location of old city centre. Very quiet room made with high quality materials. Taxi service to & from airport available at good price. Excellent breakfast downstairs which becomes a Mexican restaurant in the evening which is also very good.

In the center

Very convenient location. The bathroom door creaks unpleasantly and when you flush the toilet, the jet is so strong that it gets you all wet!!! There is no parking, but there are two within a 5 minute walk.

Diabolical customer service from the manager and reception staff

The location was great, we were right in the middle of the old town, within walking distance to absolutely all museums, galleries, restaurants and bars.

We booked the property as it boasted a car park and this was essential as my dad is 92 years old and has trouble walking. When we arrived in Timișoara we were told that in fact not only it did not have a car park, but we could not even drop my dad off as it is within a pedestrian area. We were told to park at the taxi rank, where we immediately got a fine. In the end we were escorted by a police car to the hotel as we had no other way of reaching the hotel. We were told that on the last day the hotel would organise a car to take us to the outskirts where our car was parked in the parking lot used by the hotel. Unsurprisingly on the last day the hotel was unable and unwilling to provide a car and no taxi is allowed within the pedestrian area. I asked to speak to the manager, whose response was that it wasn’t his fault, and that it was booking.com that has misrepresented the parking facilities at the hotel. The receptionist even told us we should drive our car within the pedestrian area as we stood a good chance of not being caught, but as soon as we tried we got another fine. In the end we had to carry my father in a very undignified way to the car and return for the luggage. Customer service at this hotel is diabolical, my advice is to avoid at all costs!

Clean, located in the historic center close to a lot of restaurants and the most beautiful places in Timisoara.

The treatment in breakfast. I understand that there were not a lot of guests at this time, and not everything was served, the server asked me which dish I want - it is perfectly ok. But when I asked for hot milk I was treated like I asked for a million dollars. By my side - this treatment is very bad.

Was very close to the Opera with manny restaurants nearby

We barely slept because the very uncomfortable bed and noisy neighbours, thin walls, we could understand what did they talk about, even tho were just few customers, they were put just near us. Very poor breakfast. The view from the window was ugly too
