Good stay

good food, excellent pickles for dinner, clean, silent, excellent king size mattress, walking distance to city center, free parking at location

pillows are quite rudimentary, though decently good/soft. They should have 2-3 options for pillows and some complimentary still water as well.

Very nice

This is a beautiful art deco building ideally located, within walking distance of all the points of interest. The room was spacious and very clean.

Unfortunately, I could hear the TV aof a nearby room, late at night and early in the morning

excelent, we will visit again

Room is nice and clean and the location is near the city center. Personnel was nice and helpful and we had a good and rich breakfast. We had a 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and the Victoriei Square.

A quiet hotel in the city center.

It is quiet, and very clean. Great location by the wonderful Bega river.

The matrasses and pillows are too soft for my taste, they give no spine support.

Ok hotel.

Close to the old city.

The bfast room is in a very dark basement-like room it doesnt give a good feeling. it is really boring bfast . I havent heard of a hotel much less one who has given a 4* that if the chef goes on a vacation the restaurant is closed. Its a hotel . Really weird.

Good positioning near the city centre, 3 stars facilities

Friendly staff, positioning near to the city centre, free parking available on site.

Breakfast could be varied a little bit (we stayed for six nights and eat, essentially, the same thing every morning). Matresses should be changed, as they are old and bumpy. Still, the biggest problem is the lack of window nets. Doesn't meet the 4-star rating hotel

The hotel definitely deserves its star rating

I chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location, and it turned out to be a great decision. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Piața Victoriei, and the neighborhood itself feels like a storybook: full of charming buildings with real character. The hotel definitely deserves its star rating. It’s very clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff is extremely well-trained and professional. I would definitely return!

Great for 4 days / 3 nights holliday in Timisoara.

Cleanness, stuff, room size, location.

What we didn't like was mostly up to us not the hotel. We had booked late. so we got the room located above ec chillers so we had to keep our windows closed to awoid the noise. With windows closed we could not hear them It is a game to get the hotel owned free parking spot. All and all, we had to pay only for two hours of public parking across the street, in our 4 days stay. Public parking was mostly available, additionally it was free during the weekend and national holiday. If you are not from EU state you have to use mobile app to pay for the imparking. If one has to pay for morning hours in the evening apps built in scheduler must be used.

Walking distance to main attractions.

Location was close to bars, restaurants, sights. Breakfast had very good choices. The room, bed and bathroom were all large in size. The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning didn’t work. There were extractor fans outside our windows. No views at all. Limited coffee and teas with no milk. Requested milk which never arrived. Restaurant was closed.

Overall good

I liked the room, it was clean. I liked the location, closed to downtown.

I didn't like the fact that the parking was not included. Booking said it's parking included, but after I paid it came automatic reply from the hotel that parking it's upon availability, it is not guaranteed.... Also the staff when we arrived there, because there wasn't parking available at the time of our arrival, wasn't very helpful about this matter...

Staff is amazing, all involved into turning normal accomodation into a great experience, very clean, food is tasty and the indoor terrace is a good place to enjoy morning coffee.

If you can resist some days without tv a good hotel.

cleanliness; the bed was confy; good position in the city

A lot of german people takes this hotel. But on tv visitors can`t find non german program. Only romanian tv-programs, it may be very patriotic but for german people it is extremly nationalistic. In other countries which count to have german tourists offer them main german tv-programs.
