Se trata de una primera planta del edificio en una zona muy tranquila, segura y cercana al casco histórico, solo tienes que caminar menos de 200 metros para acceder a las escaleras mecánicas que dan acceso a la vía dei Corso Vannucci. El apartamento de Silvia nos sorprendió por sus detalles y comodidad, todo lo que necesitas está allí, me alojé con mi hijo de 17 años, durmió en el sofá cama súper cómodo con TV con todas las aplicaciones instaladas. Usamos también el Lavarropas y cocinamos con todo el equipamiento de la cocina. Nos han dejado café, té y elementos de cortesía para el desayuno, agua, elementos de aseo personal, etc. La calefacción tenía excelente temperatura. La decoración es muy bonita y todo el apartamento tiene elementos funcionales. Silvia es una súper anfitriona, amable y atenta a todo. Nos brindó su ayuda ante el extravío de un objeto personal en el bus de ida a Perugia, comunicando la incidencia por nosotros.

Casa Tre Gradini è un "piccolo gioiello" dove la qualità della struttura e la posizione ottima vengono esaltate dalla straordinaria ospitalità di Silvia. Se cercate un luogo a Perugia dove sentirvi benvenuti e coccolati, questo è assolutamente consigliato. Per molti, meriterebbe un voto superiore al 10!
