Quirky & good for a 1 night stay for 2 people

Near to old town square & the restaurant that we had booked. Apartment was ok for a 1 night stay, reasonably well equipped. Heating working fine. Quirky!

The ladder to the bedroom was very very steep & would have been hard / dangerous to get down during the night if needed. We knew there was a ladder but hadn't appreciated how steep it was. It was on rollers that didn't seem all that secure. Would not be suitable for anyone without 100% fitness. This could be a safety issue. Water not a constant temperature & not much hot water especially in the evening (not enough for 2 short showers). No kitchen sink, despite cooking & eating facilities.

The house gets unbearably hot with first rays of sunlight and stays extremely hot during the night. There is a very loud fan, too loud to have by the bed, but is the only option to get any air movement. Maybe renting for cooler days would be ok, for me it was impossible to stay inside in 24degrees. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The whole concept is an experience, however the experience was problematic, so unfortunately it did not match my expectations coming from the price.

It's a great accommodation if you're staying for 1-2 nights in Szczecin.

The apartment is very conveniently located within walking distance from the main railway station and Szczecin's Old Town. The biggest highlight is definitely the terrace overseeing the waterfront, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Oder river. The self check-in was very easy and communication with the property owner was smooth. I recommend it for a short stay.

Very peaceful, lovely view of the city.

The owner was so very nice! We were traveling Europe with our kids and dragging suitcases on and off trains and buses. The owner so so kind to let us keep our luggage in the room a little past checkout so we didn't have to drag our suitcases to breakfast.

We were unsure how we were going to get into the room. I would suggest letting the customer know that they will receive a code to unlock a key to their apartment on the day of arrival. The address of the hotel took us past the actual apartments. We stopped and called and then the owner sent the code to get in. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

Akustyka- słychać dokładnie każde słowo sąsiada- bardzo uciążliwe gdy liczymy na relaks i wyciszenie a sąsiedzi rozmawiają non stop.

Enttäuschend und sehr laut

Der Check-In hat schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Der Vermieter hat schnell geantwortet. Die Idee der schwimmenden Häuser ist nett, die Umsetzung leider nicht. Das positive an der Lage: Man ist schnell im Zentrum, so ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Häuser liegen zwischen zwei Brücken, die stark von Autos und vor allem von Straßenbahnen befahren werden. Das sorgt nicht nur für eine dauerhafte Lärmbelastung. Durch die Züge erzittert die ganze Plattform regelmäßig. Gegen 1 Uhr in der Nacht macht der Zugverkehr bis etwa 5 Uhr früh eine Pause, dann wird man nur noch durch das Knallen der Taue geweckt. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Plattform zu fest vertäut ist, sie bewegt sich sehr wenig. Dafür entweicht immer wieder der Druck aus den Tauen, es knackt, knallt und ist laut. Ich habe in der Nacht vielleicht eine Stunde geschlafen. Das zwei Prostituierte vor den Häusern standen und lautstark miteinander oder mit Kunden sprachen, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Weird auch: Auf der anderen Flussseite stehen etwa 20 Angler. Das heißt 20 dunkle Gestalten glotzen die ganze Zeit zu Dir rüber. Wenn man die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen kann, kann man da viel drüber nachdenken… Die Betten sind sehr weich, eines der bereitgestellten Handtücher hatte Flecken. In der Küchenzeile gibt es keine Spüle, Wasser zum Kochen muss man aus dem Bad holen. Auch den Abwasch muss man dort machen. Insgesamt hatte ich mehr erwartet.

Dobra komunikacja SMS z osobą odpowiedzialną za zameldowanie. Plusem jest chociaż mała lodówka oraz tarasik.

Brak klimatyzacji przy 26 stopniach na dworze, dał się we znaki, tym bardziej że łóżko znajduje się na piętrze, a okno jest zasłanianie tylko w połowie wysokości i znajduje się akurat na stronie gdzie słońce świeci prawie cały dzień. Wiatrak, który dostaliśmy był tak głośny, że nie można było przy nim spać. Wejście na piętro po drewnianych, ażurowych schodach, które niestety znajdują się na środku malutkiego pokoiku, co utrudnia swobodne poruszanie się. W aneksie kuchennym brak zlewozmywaka. Poza tym usytuowanie domków jest przy torach kolejowych, gdzie co chwilę jeżdżą pociągi a hałas niesie się po wodzie. Łożko - to bardzo miękki materac położony na podłodze w ramie drewnianej - mało wygodne.

Tolle Lage. Sehr gemütlich. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt und zu Lidl etc. Sehr gemütlich am Wasser zu sitzen. Gemütlich und bequem. Im Sommer sehr warm. Bei mehr als 2 Personen eher für Kurztrip geeignet.

Besen und Kehrschaufel sind nicht vorhanden.

Top lokatie, tegenvallende bedden.

Super ligging - midden in het centrum en de levendigheid van de rivier.

Ik boekte een appartement met bed & slaapbank. Na het boeken bleek dat er twee types appartementen zijn - kleine en grote. De kleine (die ik boekte) bleek geen slaapbank te hebben. De slaapkamer ligt op zolder, met een zeer steil trapje, geen gordijnen voor de ramen en geen goede ventilatie. Het matras was matig.

Na duży plus lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Tuż przy ścieżce rowerowej. Dwa rowery bez problemu zmieściły się na noc do środka. Widok przepływających jachtów, żaglówek itp. - bezcenny. No i to wino na tarasie jakoś inaczej smakuje jak się jest nad rzeką:)

Brak klimatyzacji niestety. Ale jest za to duży wiatrak:)

Niezwykle Magiczne Miejsce na Nocleg w Magicznym Szczecinie :)

Genialny Pomysł i Wykonanie...Niezwykły apartament w doskonałym Miejscu bardzo blisko Starego Miasta, Dworca Kolejowego, największych atrakcji Szczecina...Wałów Chrobrego, Muzeum Narodowego, Morskiego Centrum Nauki, Dźwigozaurów itd... no i oczywiście Bulwarów i Odry.... ;) Piękny Piętrowy Apartament... na górze sypialnia z królewskim łożem ;) na dole salon z aneksem kuchennym (wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria są) telewizorem, szafą i łazienką z kabiną prysznicową no i największa atrakcja... taras z widokiem na Odrę... Wszystko w doskonałym standardzie i wykończeniu.....Niezwykle Magiczne Miejsce na Nocleg w Magicznym Szczecinie...Serdecznie Polecam!!!

Jedyne drobnostki które przychodzą mi na myśl to trochę za słabe wygłuszenie ściany sypialni od strony ulicy...i może przydałby się zlew w aneksie kuchennym...Ale to drobiazgi w ogromie wspaniałości Apartamentu ;)

- alles schon geschrieben, bis heute nichts verändert - Anfahrtsweg unklar, Adresse stimmt nicht - Lautstärke (Besoffene, Straßenbahn, Zug, Baulärm. hellhörig) - fehlende Klinaanlage - keine Abwaschmöglichkeit in der Küche (unbedingt Geschirrspülmittel und Abwaschlappen mitnehmen) - Matraze sehr weich

Miejsce wybrałem z ciekawości i uważam, że fajne jednorazowo dla widoku,

Największym atutem miejsca jest jego usytuowanie i możliwość wyjścia na taras przy wodzie (widok szczególnie wieczorem jest naprawdę fajny. Miejsce usytuowania mimo iż przy samym nabrzeżu gdzie chodziło sporo ludzi i ruchliwej drodze było spokojne i ciche w stosunku do podobnych lokali w szczecinie blisko tego miejsca, także człowiek czuł się komfortowo w pokoju jak i na tarasie. Na miejscu czajnik i herbata (brak kawy)

Jakość lokalu - bardzo mocno wyeksploatowany, Klamka od głównych drzwi jak by miała zaraz odpaść, schody na antresole wygięte na prowadnicy (na początku nie mogłem ich ruszyć aby wejść, bo się zaklinowały, później jak udało mi się rolkę wsadzić na prowadnicę, to cały czas wypadała. Sama drabina bardzo stroma i niewygodna do wchodzenia (zakładam, że po alkoholu niektórzy mieli by problem aby tam w ogóle wejść). Panele mocno wyeksploatowane i pozdzierane miejscami całkowicie zdarta wierzchnia warstwa panela. Na dole Bardzo mało miejsca, także tak naprawdę miejsce nadaje się tylko do spania i posiedzenia na tarasie jak jest ciepło, bardziej do wynajęcia raz z ciekawości niż częstszego czy dłuższego pobytu tam.

Widok, mimo placu bodowy za rzeką. Lokalizacja. Calkiem czysto. Stosunek jakos/cena optymalnie. Dobra lokacja zeby sie zatrzymac na noc max dwie.

1. Pierwsze co sie rzucilo w oczy to ze jest bardzo ciemno wewnatrz. Na scianach na dole tylko kilka kinkietow ledowych, dajacych niewiele zimnego bialego swiatla. Do tego jedna lampka. Oswietlenie na antresoli nie dzialalo. 2. Telewizor byl rozkodowany, udalo sie zaprogramowac tylko 8 kanalow tv naziemnej. Na szczescie byla opcja odpalenia netflixa, czy yt. 3. Nieszczelne drzwi wejsciowe (wialo chlodem i slabo tlumily halasy. 4. Wieczorem dosyc chlodno na dole (na antresoli optymalnie) chociaz byl grzejniczek to nie udalo nam sie go uruchomic. 5. Kilka przyborow kuchennych bylo, ale nie za bardzo wyobrazam sobie mycie garnkow i naczyn w niewielkiej umywalce w lazience. 6 w lazience tez przedalaby sie jakas niewielka pólka na kosmetyki. 7. W przedpokoju nie zaszkodziloby tez umiescic jakies wieksze lustro, chociazby wiszace na drzwiach wejsciowych. Rezerwujac nie spodziewalem sie nie wiadomo jakiej przestrzeni czy luksusow. I generalnie obiekt spelnil oczekwiania ale mozna by go troszke ulepszyc.
