Good base for a stay in Szczecin

The location was excellent right in the heart of the city, from our room we had a lovely view of the cathedral and nothing was too far to walk. The room was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was big with everything we needed. There were annoying lights over the curtains but after speaking to reception they turned them off for me. I liked the fact there was a pool but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. The staff were helpful and there was luggage storage before and after check out.

Not good value for the money but the pool and the gym make it ok. The rooms are just OK.

I liked the location, and the breakfast was good. Also it was great to have a pool to swim in the evening and again in the morning.

For the price I paid (107GB) it was not worth the money. The rooms are OK, but not worth 100GBP. This hotel is a bit dated and I think I overpaid.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Located in a good location, walking distance from the center. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. The Swimming pool was slightly smaller and little corwded from time to time, but no problem with that, it was a bonus for our kids anyway.

Good location, nice rooms, bathroom. The pool and sauna was a plus.

The sofabed needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. The photos of the pool were not as accurate. It look much more luxurious in the photos.

delightful hotel for a well earned break in a great city centre.

Checking in/out went well. Good communication . Intelligent keen staff. Great breakfast- huge selection. Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of staff working well. I liked the iced fizzy water available on every floor. Very good small children's room off reception to occupy toddlers. Hotel was the choice for 2 visiting football teams during our short stay- so lots of opportunity to meet the players. Good central location. Beds were beautifully comfortable. Rooms were very quiet. Slept like a baby.

Sadly the beautiful hotel indoor pool developed a chlorine problem and was closed for our entire stay- a disaster, as we had chosen the hotel for its pool, but the hotel immediately refunded half the cost of breakfast for the week as compensation which was kind and generous.

It was an enjoyable stay for the family.

We had a beautiful welcome amenity with balloons, card, game and bottle of prosecco for our anniversary stay. Thank you Aleksandra, Wiktoria and Martha from the reception for arranging. Kids enjoyed the pool, although I must say the chlorine levels were too much. The ladies at the breakfast restaurant were also nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was good enough. Kids loved the waffle station and popcorn station. We also liked that every floor has a water dispenser. This hotel is really active in its sustainability efforts.Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Overall good, but I were in better Ibis hotels than this Novotel.

Great breakfast and eating space. Good location close to the centre and the river. Quite convenient parking places in front of the hotel.

It was the smallest room in the Novotel hotel I was in. All carpets were visibly old, with stains that were no longer possible to remove. Elevator doors were crooked, squeezing and barely opening. I could smell moisture in the corridors, especially in the room.

Great property for an overnight stay. Very clean hotel with really nice rooms and facilities.

Nice modern clean room. I loved the fitness centre, although it was fairly small which is normal for a hotel it had a great variety of free weights and calisthenics equipment. Very helpful and friendly staff!

The initial room we were given had a foul smell. We asked for another one. It was better. However, there was a drop of pee on the toilet seat.

We had a great time there and it was worth it‘s money, just very loud during the night!

The hotel has a very good location - you can reach almost everything by foot. Breakfast was amazing and staff tried to help however they could!

Despite the good location, it was rather loud during the nights because of the street noises! Closing the window did sadly not cancel them out completely.

Dog friend hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast

The staff was very friendly and our dog was allowed in the restaurant, she didn’t have to stay in the room . They even gave her a bowl of water every time we were in the bar or restaurant. The room was modern and very clean

Pleasant

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff all throughout the hotel. Suna was really wonderful, had a nice herbal essences and very hot. The restaurant we didn't try, bonk y had some drinks but had a great experience. The hotel is clean. The room was a nice size.

Very badly insulated windows in the room. It was very noisy with hearing every car or tram going by which caused us to have very little of sleep, so the next day we were super tired while trying to explore the town. The spa was super small, only one small pool filled with loud kids, and one jacuzzis which were impossibile to use because it was always accommodating one big family who would not leave the jacuzzi nor the pool. So I just was able to use the saune two times and left. Also, I was surprised that the phones were allowed in the spa, I felt a bit uncomfortable about it.

Very good location, close to everything, great facilities in the hotel and very clean. Loved the pool and spa as well as the option to add a massage which was amazing. All the staff was very lovely and super helpful.

The room was extremely hot and the ventilation system was not working properly, so we had to open the window to cool down the room, which meant it was quite noisy, as our room overlooked the road. When we arrived, there were hardly any towels, and when we received some more towels, the only ones available were small ones. Luckily, the next day we received large ones.
