The room is very small and a bit suffocating . The location is very bad with lot of construction work happening and very secluded

New apartment in a new building. There was an elevator. Spacious balcony and a good view through window.

We were there 2022 march, and a lot of the apartments are still renovating and there was a lot of drilling and loud sounds. There was a strugle to find parking space

Disappointing

The hidden cleaning fee designed to confuse and trick people into a stay at this place. When I am comparing the places in the search by price this property comes higher up as a cheaper option but in reality if you don't notice in the a hurry you will get charged much more. It is a distortion of competition! Other properties with better price does not get customers because of that !!!

Śniadanie żona zrobiła mi bardzo dobre. Generalnie wszystko było ok

Nie podoba mi się sposób otwierania drzwi wejściowych. Kod otwarcia wpisuje się na klamce.Cyfry są małe i nie bardzo wiadomo było że kod tam się wpisuje. Dla osób starszych lud ze słabym wzrokiem jest to problem.

Było brudno, pościel chyba nie zmieniona pachniała perfumami męskimi. Stolik i blaty były całe w kurzu, w apartamencie było zimno mimo odkręconych grzejników

Der Sofa war dreckig die Dusche auch und dann wollen die die Kaution nicht zurück bezahlen obwohl das schon vorher war so dreckig

für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, wenn man sich an etwas Staub nicht stört

- Aufteilung der Wohnung - schöner Balkon - viele Lichtquellen - insgesamt gute Ausstattung - Tram vor der Tür - Mini-Supermarkt im selben Gebäude

- Sauberkeit: Bad, Bett und Bodenflächen waren okay; in den Ecken, an den Lampen, im Küchenbereich und im Kleiderschrank waren jedoch Staub und Schmutz, Sofa und Vorhänge hatten Flecken, auch der Balkon war nicht besonders sauber - laut knarzendes Bett - keine Informationen zur Themen wie Internet, Müllentsorgung, etc. (oder nur auf Polnisch, was wir jedoch nicht beherrschen)

Dobra lokalizacja, Żabka na parterze.

Bardzo podstawowe wyposażenie mieszkania , kuchni ( tylko płyta el. nie ma suszarki na umyte naczynia, deski do krojenia, porządnego noża, miski), łazienki ( nie ma wieszaków na ręczniki, żadnej półki pod prysznicem ani w całej łazience) . Dużo sprzętów ma widoczne ślady zużycia, nie da się ich juz doczyścić i wygląda to już kiepsko. Łóżko "rozklekotane" , chybotliwe i skrzypiący materac który budzi człowieka podczas przekręcania się z boku na bok. Brak internetu, telewizor bez możliwości obsługi platform takich jak Netflix czy inne. Tylko programy telewizji naziemnej.
