The cleaning staff was very nice.

The room is smelly , no closet , the lighting in room very bad , there is no any kind of entertainment , staff does not speak any english i waste a couple of minutes to request a spoon .

The location was good. Parking is available at the property,

They give us room far from the washroom, we have to walk at least 80 meters to use the washroom, and there was no basin or cutlary in the room, didn't even provide water bottles in the room

staff working there are nice and have sense of humor besides that cant think about anything good to say wifi was working

terrible bed, bad smell in the room, dirty , no toilet in the room and toilet was 100 meters away in corridor, , looks like people was peeing in trashcan , expensive parking and room was expensive, , sleep int the car is better 🙃

A terrible Mistake!!

The only thing that could be liked about this place was the there was a small green zone (not related to the hotel) where my pet could relax!!

Almost nothing I liked about this place! It is a total scam! This is not a hotel but a residence for Ukrainian refugees who occupied half of one floor. Their clothes, shoes, etc, were hung on the windows -not a pretty site. Those residents who seemed to be living in this "hotel" stood in front of the lobby and smoked, very annoying when they put you in the first floor and you consume all that smoke! I tried to asked the manage to change my room. She looked at me as if I was talking in some exotic language! By the way, no one speaks English there! When I asked the manager what language she spoke, she said proudly: "only Polish"!! (I speak several languages and Russian is one of them and is close enough to Polish but still no response!! I think the rating of this "hotel" is totally inflated and fake!

I cannot recommend this hotel

This hotel is a socialist building after a very bad renovation with mediocre furniture, ugly bathroom, hopeless air conditioning and in an unpleasant neighbourhood.

Superb

Comfortable, clean room. Good breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. It's not in the center but it was not an issue - it's easy to get there by tram as it's only about 25min. to the city center. I definitely recommend it.

Comfy beds and clean hotel. A bit out of town, which was not a problem

Easy check in. Warm room where I could regulate temperature. Double bed was really comfy. They have tea and coffee packs and water boiler. There are two Zabkas nearby, which are also open on Sundays (Thank God!!!). Not big, but they sell some basic snacks and sandwiches for you to be able to survive Sundays.

It was far out from center. There is bus 75 from central station or tram from city center (20 min with no traffic). Some trams don't accept cards for ticket sales. I took Bolt taxi and it was about 25 zloty.
