Stay was ok, but not going to come back.

Superb location, spacey parking, very good food, restaurant open till 23:00

The hotel complex definitely needs modernisation. The electronic key failed to work, we had to change the room three times. Shower screen was falling apart, hardly sliding. Shower handle holder was loose and tray not cleaned properly.

Well located for travel, parking easy, helpful staff, good food (but needs more vegetarian options)

Very big place - so lots of room to spread out. Large car park with attendants, very conveniently located for the motorway. Beds comfortable but room cleaning had to be pre-booked (and then didn't happen). A good choice of breakfast and the staff were very helpful.

Better coffee machine - the coffee was from an urn. Getting the room cleaned was on request at reception rather than hanging a sign on the door handle. More vegetarian options on the menu.

Mixed feelings, rather wouldn’t stay again.

Big car park, scrambled eggs to order for breakfast- nice and freshly prepared, restaurant was nice, good food and service, area around hotel is nice, nice walk to the lake szmaragdowe, beds ok

I didn’t feel safe in the hotel, drunk people were fighting, police and ambulance were called. It could be a good hotel if they wouldn’t rent rooms for workers because they get into fights while drinking alcohol.

Good place to stay for a few nights to visit the city of Szczecin.

Parking was convenient. Breakfast had a nice variety. Staff was helpful. Location served our purpose well. Very good value in area.

Service in restaurant could have been more attentive to the needs of the customers.

Easy access with motorway close by

A few things to like, for sure. Great parking guard on arrival. Overall, staff was happy people and tried their best, though not all were fluent in English. A large, secure parking. Plus to the selection at breakfast and the size of both the room and bathroom. Easy to come and go with a car, as highway was close by.

Beds were both a bit hard and low, so not a great night's sleep, neither for me or my friend. Lack of air conditioner was the biggest problem. Took a while to get the temperature down for bedtime.

The only positive thing was the multilingual lady at the reception desk.

The rooms and facilities at the hotel are run-down, worn out and outdated. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the breakfast is inferior to that of other hotels in the same class and the parking spaces - costing PLN 35/night, which is completely unjustified - resemble a car graveyard - various wrecked cars without license plates at the hotel entrance?!

We went past it at first due to no visible sign at night marking the entrance and a closed gate.

Dog friendly accommodation by a nature reserve. Very good for onward journey, to stay when travelling elsewhere for a night or two Convinienttly located off the motorway

Good location for the city via car or taxi, it is value for money but its tired needs investment

Excellent location for the city, the hotel is value for money compared with other hotels although there is very limited choice in the area.

The hotel is tired and needs investment. I have stayed in this hotel on a few occasions over the past 10 years when visiting the area, its not particularly comfortable but the location is good for my needs. Maybe this is the compromise that is required. I always look for alternative accommodation but there was no suitable alternatives on this occassion. We did have to extend our trip but we were able to relocate for the extra nights.

It's not nice to be rejected from restaurant, only because 2 busses arrived with guests. Sorry but do you live in a hotel in the middle of no where. A restaurant is needed... Only the staff did what they could

I like this place… it is convenient and cheap but I would recommend to change below mentioned practices… they are simply stupid

This is the only place where customer might be confused about parking and breakfast… Why Parking is not included in price ? Why breakfast is not included in price? Why guards at entrance sometimes are not in their office and gate is closed especially during night time???
