A bit hard to find at first due to small sign and construction going on in the area. Very new building and great location close to the river and old town. Beautiful design mixing old and new throughout the hotel and room, too of course. Very nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

This is not a hotel. It’s a B&B. Extremely rude staff, especially Monika, to the point she made my girlfriend cry. You cannot even bring food to your room, it’s their policy. Absolutely stay away from this place.

Spotless and comfortable hotel in good location in between main train station and city sights. After lunch time, there is no reception so you simply enter the hotel as well as your room with a code. Very easy and good communication in advance. Breakfast is excellent, with cold options or some hot dishes on request.

Because we were going to arrive in Szczecin early, we asked the hotel serval times for early check, but we never hear back from hotel. Then we got the text around 10 am after we had just landed in Szczecin airport, I thought this meant we can check in early ? But when we arrive hotel around 12pm, the staff told us the room wasn't ready. So we wait until 2 pm to get the room. The TV was broken in the room, so we have to switch the room. But in the new room there was a spider web on the ceiling. The breakfast was ok, but you might have to go in early. Because they won't refill the food tray when it's empty. At least when I asked the staff to refilled the salad tray. She told me there is no more for today. And there is no much service at here. Because the staff told me the are actually a B&B, not a hotel. but on the internet they advertise as a hotel. we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, they only cleaned the room on the second night, all they did was changed the sheets and take out the garbage. The location was good, it's in the old town. you can see a lot nice building and super close to the castle.

This is a great small hotel with a kind and helpful staff situated in center of oldtown Stettin. Great breafast, good quality, different types of cheese sausages, vegetables and an amazing halloumi salad! A bit noisy to the harbour side, but lovely view. Great value for money, I would choose this hotel again!
