Excellent value, comfortable room and friendly staff

The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good variety of food at breakfast. Lots of good places to eat in easy walking distance. 12 noon checkout was helpful. Excellent value,

The pillows and duvets were rather thin, but I was on my own so used both on my side of the bed.

Nice stay in Szczecin

Great location. Very good breakfast with pancakes and eggs made to order. Large modern room with good functioning air conditioning. Nice bathroom with large walk-in shower. Lift. Secure private parking (with narrow access entry). Very friendly and helpful staff. We would recommend this hotel.

Location absolutely perfect. Staff nice, but Bartoss was wonderful. Always Friendly, quick to help, very informative, courteous. Helped us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, cook was great! Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderfully location so easy to walk to a ld quarter where there were excellent restaurants and cent

Breakfast we felt finished a. It early 10am and the staff wanted you out very shortly after this as it was a holiday we felt this could have been more relaxing there was no lounge to take your coffee and sit for a bit The breakfast it self was fabulous egg chef very good choice of cheese excellent my husband would have liked croissant but there were none

No lounge area to sit downstairs even if we were allowed to sit in a part of the breakfast room to enjoy a coffee whilst reading the papers The bedroom had seating but we didn’t want to be couped up there

An ideal hotel for either a business or private visit.

This was my second stay in this holtel. Just as previously experienced, over my 4 night stay this time, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is small enough that every guest is personnally known and still offers the level of service that larger hotels often provide, The cooked part of the breakfast was also always freshly prepared according to my personal wishes, unlike in mny hotels today. Crispy bacon was also always available. The location is also very good with numerous good restaurants within walking distance.

The only small disapointment was that their own restaurant was curently not available due to renovation. However, as already mentioned sufficient alternative restaurants were available close by.

The room was very large and quite cozy. Everything seemed relatively newly renovated. There are lots of good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was very nice and the staff all very helpful.

The heating in the room was with the air-con which was quite noisy, it woke me up several times during the night when it started up with a loud grugeling sound.

The personnel were all very attentive and helpful. One felt welcome at at home

The breakfast room was open, but the resturant was temporarily closed due to the renovation of the 1st Floor facilities. However, there were recommended resturants very close by. Although the cable TV was working, the Sattelite TV reception (more foreign channels) was poor / not available on 2 evenings.

location, location, being a former resident of this beautiful city I’m so proud to see my hometown to offer so much to tourists coming from all over the World. I didn’t spend enough time to explore more, but the property location was so convenient to get around so many interesting places including Jazz nightclubs Bravo 👏

A nice breakfast menu. Not the biggest selection, but it has all the essentials. The room was always cleaned upon return to the hotel in the afternoon.

The fitness/gym area was disappointing, it could use more weight training equipment. The jacuzzi was out of order.

Everything was perfect- the breakfast was really good with lot of options, the room really big, with great facilities. Coffe & tea was available in the room, too. The location is perfect both for sightseeing, as well as business.

Beautiful location, fantastic beach, great view from our window and excellent breakfast

Exceptional staff, helpful and friendly. They made our stay feel special. Breakfast were tasty, especially delicious, freshly made scrambled eggs. And of course location location location. If I ever visit Szczecin again I will chose the same place to stay.

Disappointing experience🥺

we have been her a couple of times before the pandemic and it was very very nice. clean rooms, sweet employees, amazing breakfast, nice surroundings. now…just the surroundings were nice.

check in was a disaster. we had to wait for the cleaning lady to finish so we can come in. we had to feed our baby boy on the hallway. receptionist…we just didn’t click, he couldn’t speak English so it was awkward. breakfast…a disappointment! it was just food, nothing to enjoy! but the worse was the cleaning, and I mean the carpets. lets just say at we had to wash our feet before taking shoes on. my baby had black knees all the time. it is not acceptable!
