The room was a nice size, the bed was uncomfortable , not much back support. Bathroom was also a very nice size. had the bare necessities. The breakfast was good but not good for vegans.

the wifi was useless in the room, we could not get a signal so in order to use the phone we had to go in the lobby or in the restaurant. we mentioned this to the reception but it was not resolved

1 night business stay

the hotel had a very good location for me. I was on a business trip and my customers were on outskirts of Szczecin. it was beneficial not to have drive into city centre. The place looks good. Modern design. Lots of parking spaces. Friendly staff.

the only downside was bed. I found it very uncomfortable. The mattress was too hard and pillows were too flat.

Bedbugs... Burn everything.

Nothing. It was hands down the worst hotel experience I've had in a very long time. Just overwhelming incompetence from all sides... Don't stay here it's bad . Disgustingly awfully. BED BUGS.. seeking refund or disputing charges. In addition to overpriced hotel stay, we had to destroy at least 300 € worth of clothing. Only silver lining was the new night auditor who despite having no instruction or anyone to call took initiative and did what he could.

Everything. Staff was unhelpful. Restaurant food and service was beyond poor. Second night discovered bed bugs in room. Was moved but there was no follow up nor a manager on duty or even on call to address the issue the following morning. Emailed property to sell compensation with no answer as of today. Will be contacting Credit card company to dispute charges. And just FYI, the bed bugs were not the main issue, I worked in hospitality for years myself and understand how is a thing no hotel can truly cork. The real issue is that there was no manager, no follow up, and after an entire week not even a response to an email...

The entry was very nice and stylish.

the room was rather disappointing. Mattress was nice but the pillow was only one per person and they were flat, the duvet was very thin and even with the air conditioner on 30 the room was quite cold. The up side was the shower with the great water pressure and size. Overall not bad but can do better in the area for the price .

Just an overnight stay while travelling to Germany or further.

Actually, a very convenient thing is the location if you travel to Germany or further - very close to ways out, quickly connecting you with motorways. I guess for those liking ‘gokarts’ it is the place but nothing more except a stopover for folks like me. My room was a very classic standard hotel room. Full stop. Clean and sufficient for one night. Good and tasty breakfast.

I’m sorry but the staff at the reception was not of what you may expect from 4-star hotel. They seemed to be surprised by my presence and were happy to get rid of me the sooner the better. Not a welcoming experience. Thankfully, the restaurant staff at the morning breakfast was completely of a different kind - nice and professional. But still: they claim to have a spa corner. Well, there is a small pond with huge windows open to the car park so you’re like a fish in aquarium with everyone looking at you-some people may like it but I didn’t. The same with two saunas - you leave your bathrobe on the perfect view of all people at the reception. And the bathrobe itself, no, they don’t provide it and if you want one you need to pay for it, not to mention slippers, so you parade with your shoes on only to learn while reaching a changing room that you’re not allowed in with your shoes on. Welcome to the world of Kafka. And in the changing room there was not a single chair or whatever you may sit or put your clothes on. Had you have learnt some gymnastics you could have practiced your skills. Lockers were obviously paid as well (yes, you’ve got your coin back later on but why all this fuss). After a long journey that’s not you most craving for.

Nice Modern style Hotel

Swimming Pool was good! Sauna was also very good. Good fun and experience with my two boys with the cart driving as well.

Air Condition~ the room wasn't cool enough for me also main hall where the reception was hot and there was no Air Condition.
