A Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Hits

The location is perfect - within easy walking distance of the city center. It was wonderfully quiet inside the hotel itself, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast offered an excellent, varied selection. I particularly appreciated the self-service coffee station (a very important aspect for me) and the useful luggage storage service for early arrival or late departure.

Our room faced the street and was quite noisy at night. The pillow had an odd smell, which was unpleasant. Unfortunately, the bedside lamps emitted a harsh, cold white light, similar to fluorescent lighting, which made it difficult to relax in the evening.

Location near cathedral and within 15min. walking distance between train station and downtown. Nice breakfast overall. Received quiet room, as requested.

Facilities could use some improvement (carpet worn/damaged), but bathroom was very clean. Rolls at breakfast were stale, toaster could have freshened them up.

Break with family

Location was good. 5 minute walk to the centre and train station. Got the train back to the airport £12 for four adults. Lord of bars shops and restaurants. Good choice of breakfast water machine on every floor. Ironing facilities on first floor.

receptionist owes a reward as a best employee

first your receptionist especially wiktoria she is very nice and accomodating ,,she offer us a breakfast in a very professional manner ,,she deliver a very nice service and clear instruction shows that she has a very good english communication skills ,,,the receptionist in the morning is also very nice and always wear a nice smile and professional ,,room is good enough the restaurant is cozy however its nice to dine moreover the crew in the restaurant looks like they carrying heavy loads in life but its ok i hope theyre fine we never saw them smile to us but its ok the hotel is very good enough will be back.

Very compact and practical room: easy to clean wooden floor, windows that open, water (hot and cold) available in the hallway; available parking was also a plus! Access to a free computer. The staff was very helpful.

Comfy bed, thanks to the reconstruction of nearby streets no noise from traffic. Great breakfest, also with local delights (cake with cream) and specialities like pickled herring.

Disappointing

Place is really comfortable if You wanna see the old town and travel by train or bus. Cleaning personal was good and kind.

Genius discount was not being provided at all, as per reception: - all questions to booking.com... AC (conditioner) was not working properly or better to say was not working as AC, just lowd (turbo sound) ventilator. No restaurant is available in the hotel at least at eveninng time.
