Nice, clean, spacious place to stay

Comfortable, spacious studio. The location is reasonably good, although of if I was to stay in Szczecin again I’d probably opt for somewhere in the old town/near the water. Easy check in and helpful staff

It’s a bit noisy - I wish I’d taken some earplugs I found the mattress and pillow lumpy and uncomfortable

Enjoyable

The room was very clean and specious. They have even washing machine there if you need to clean your clothes. Staff super helpful and professional. Its my 4th time visiting and defo will come back, and so close to city centre.

Perfect for a short visit to the city.

Super friendly staff. Changed the room on our request. Showed us around everything, very helpful with any questions we had. Really, everything you want from a hotel staff.

On site they told us they dont offer breakfast, as their partner bistro was closed, though breakfast was offered on Booking. This was no issue, as there are cafes and bakeries all around.

Tidy room, friendly staff, long breakfast waiting time

We arrived late but all the instructions for how to get the key and gym membership card was provided. As well as finding the room was easy. Staff was friendly and the room was clean

The bed was quite small even for 2 women. Plan the breakfast ahead as we got to the restaurant on Saturday morning and waited for more than an hour for the serving. It is a nice restaurant though and the portions were big and tasty

Good place to stay for work and on private visit.

Comfortable, well situated, clean. Reception very upbeat and made me feel welcome right away. I was very well advised on parking arrangements, ie how to park without paying. Comfortable bed. Room was quiet. I slept well and could work in focus in the morning.

The room showed some traces of use, like minor scratches on the floor, but I stress - it's all within reason and the oversall conditions are very good.

Disappointing

Overpriced on weekends. The hotel rooms do not match the photos. The room I needed was the most expensive. There are no lids on pots. There are no appliances for cleaning the apartment and the administration refused to provide a cleaning lady, since I only stayed for three days. so I had to live in a dirty apartment for two days.

overall it was okay

the fact that it’s basically located in the heart of the city where everything happens and takes place and the fact the gym was nearby with unlimited access

the blinders clippers weren’t attached to the windows , the was no bath available only shower the glasses were broken and glass edge was chipped

Clean and comfortable

The room was spacious and had all we needed for our 5 night stay. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine). Staff were friendly and helpful (great comms via booking.com) There is underground car park available at 40zl per day. WiFi worked well. Heating worked well too. This hotel is 10min walk to Galeria Kaskada. There is a mini shopping mall close by that has cinema too! Plenty of local bakeries nearby as well as cafes. There is a lift in the building. Overall a very pleasant stay.

none, only in the midnight was walking in the citycenter, and one of zul, drunk homeless guy told me CONFIDENT, and stupid i dont know what that means. but was funny.

The price of the hotel and the location(even though it is in a little rough neighborhood) other than that it is very convenient when this hotel is at. The pricing was GREAT!

I did not like that our studio did not come with a stand in shower. It came with a bath tub. That was very annoying and did not enjoy that part. I paid for breakfast but was not able to find where to go eat breakfast in the establishment.

noisy and not safe

For me, the location is excellent as it is in the middle between the bus stop and the shopping malls.

Parties are hosted in the apartments, eventhough it is against the policy. The walls are so thin that it is impossible to sleep. I also have serious doubts about the safety in the building. It is forbidden to smoke, but in the "party-apartments" people smoke so much that the entire corridor smells like cigarettes. Where are the smoke detectors ? What if some drunk person accidentally makes a fire ? Will I get out on time from the 5th floor ? The management does absolutely nothing about the parties. Next time I will stay again in some decent hotel, even if it costs a bit more.
