Nice, but...

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and transportation, which we really appreciated.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned—there were visible hairs in both the sink and the shower, which was not what we expected in terms of hygiene standards. What was most upsetting, though, was the staff’s behaviour during a fire alarm incident. Due to a situation in the kitchen, the alarm went off, and all the guests were left trying to figure out what to do. There was no guidance or communication from the staff. We had to evacuate the hotel alone and stood outside in freezing temperatures, with children, for around half an hour. Even after the firefighters had cleared the building, there was no communication about whether it was safe to return to our rooms. The receptionist remained at the front desk throughout the incident, offering no assistance or reassurance. No manager was present to help manage the situation, which was incredibly disappointing and left a bad impression on what was otherwise a decent stay. We sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleanliness standards and emergency response protocols.

We had an issue with the water in our room - it was changing temperatures all the time by itself, all of a sudden it was steaming hot to the point you could burn yourself, then the next minute it was ice cold and taking a shower was almost impossible. Had to shower in ice cold water which was not pleasant at all. Asked the staff for help, but got the answer "I know as much as you" which was very disappointing, as I'm not the one working reception there and should at least have some knowledge about the facility and try to solve the problem. The next day I tried to speak to someone else, and got explained to as if I was a kid that I had to turn the handle of the shower as that's where you control the temperature, as if I'm stupid and already didn't know that, and definitely did not try it. That was all the great help we got, which in the end was none. Thankfully we didn't stay there for too long. Breakfast was also very poor, and milk at the coffee machine was spoiled.

Fajny hotel, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Pokój czysty, duży, w pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herabty, lodówka, żelazko. W łazience podstawowe kosmetyki. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Przy hotelu parking.

Zentrale Lage und sehr schön renoviertes historisches Gebäude. Außerdem ein sehr vielfältiges und leckeres Frühstück für einen fairen Preis. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Sauna fehlt ein Ruheraum und/oder eine Sitzgelegenheit für nach bzw zwischen den Saunagängen. Stattdessen stehen im kleinen Vorraum nur zwei Fitnessgeräte. So war eine Saunanutzung für uns nicht attraktiv.

Świetna lokalizacja

Pokój miałem z widokiem na urządzenia typu pompy ciepła, klimatyzacja, wiatraki od wentylacji co powodowały bardzo duży hałas przy otwartym oknie a również przy zamkniętym szum urządzeń był odczuwalny.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3.mal dort und an diesem Wochenende war alles perfekt! Das Zimmer schön und alles da,sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort was man so braucht. Das Personal sehr freundlich und nett,das Frühstück super und vielfältig,alle Räumlichkeiten im Haus sehr modern,ordentlich und top sauber! Ganz besonders freue ich mich darüber das die Bewertungen von den Gästen auch gelesen werden! Nur so kann konstruktive Kritik auch in den Alltag umgesetzt werden-ganz toll und gute Arbeit!!! Alles sehr schön, wir kommen gerne wieder zu Ihnen!

Schöne Auszeit

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren schnell zu erreichen. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir eine 2 Bettdecke, da nur eine Decke vorhanden war.

Wir wurden in einem Tierzimmer untergebracht. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut. Leider keine Auswahl an Marmelde, Schokolade, frisches Obst, dass Rührei war sehr flüssig und das Brot war hart und ausgetrocknet.

Die Frühstücksauswahl hätte ausgiebiger sein können. Keine Auswahl an Obst. Zu den Pancakes gab es keine Sauce keinen Schokoladenaufstrich, Mus oder sonstiges.

Halo otelde 4 gün konakladık. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz ve hep aynı ürünler vardı. Kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca çarşaflar hiç değiştirilmedi. Havlularda zoraki bir kere değiştirildi. 2 kişilik oda için tek kişilik dolap ve çok yetersiz.

Довольно новый и приятный отель. Очень интересный дизайн. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Местоположение отеля в идеальном центре города, в пешей доступности все самые лучшие места Щецина.

Платная парковка немного не приятно. Завтрак очень бедный и однообразный для такого типа отеля.

Dejlige store værelser, dejlig morgenmad, god og venlig service fra personalet.

Madrasserne i sengene var alt for hårde. Dårlig timing i rengøringen. Vi havde 4 overnatninger og rengøringen blev først tilbudt sidst på dagen når vi var retur på værelset, fremfor at rengøringen blev foretaget mens vi var på tur.

Beste Lage.

Beste Lage, in ca. 15 Minuten war man zu Fuß bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten, Frühstücksraum war im Untergeschoß und das Frühstück war gut. Parkplatz war kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war im EG direkt am Parkplatz, Wegen der Hoflampen - Vorhang zu. Lärm in der Nacht war OK. Würden hier wieder buchen.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!!!. Czysto i schludnie, miły personel, pokoje urządzone komfortowo, wyposażone w deskę do prasowania i żelazko, jest lodówka, czajnik, herbata, kawa. Łóżka wygodne. Śniadania bardzo pyszne, duży wybór dań, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna. Parking przy hotelu. Na pewno tu wrócę.
