Everything was great. I forgot his name, but the male receptionist with glasses (I think Jacub) who checked us in on the 14th of December was very friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay.

We stayed at the Grand Focus Hotel in Szczecin for one night in October 2025 and were very impressed from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating a special birthday and were thrilled to be given a complimentary upgrade from a standard twin to a beautiful apartment. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip feel very special.
We arrived earlier than planned after a very early flight and were welcomed straight away with early check-in, which was so appreciated. The lobby is stylish, beautifully scented and instantly welcoming. The gentleman on reception was polite, professional and friendly, setting the tone for the rest of our stay.
The apartment was spotless, modern and really spacious, with two bathrooms, Rituals toiletries, a coffee machine and welcome snacks. The bar had a great drinks selection at good prices, and although we didn’t eat in the restaurant, it looked busy and the food looked excellent.
The location is ideal, just five minutes from the main train and bus stations and perfect for exploring the city. All the staff we encountered were professional, courteous and friendly. We’d highly recommend this hotel. We left wishing we’d stayed longer but will definitely return.

Lovely staff, breakfast was delisious with a huge selection. Room was great and specious.

- good breakfast
- clean place
- we had a couple's bed but there were two mattresses. That's not for couples very inconvenient
- we entered the room and found a very warm room located to the front side. We asked for another room but according to reception there was no vacancy. The heat was reduced by reception through aircon.The aircon then didn't't turn off for two days.
- The price is quite too high.
- The parking place is very very expensive and has no further service just the space. No roof, no security
