A Perfect Stay From Start To Finish

We stayed at the Grand Focus Hotel in Szczecin for one night in October 2025 and were very impressed from the moment we arrived. We were celebrating a special birthday and were thrilled to be given a complimentary upgrade from a standard twin to a beautiful apartment. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip feel very special. We arrived earlier than planned after a very early flight and were welcomed straight away with early check-in, which was so appreciated. The lobby is stylish, beautifully scented and instantly welcoming. The gentleman on reception was polite, professional and friendly, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The apartment was spotless, modern and really spacious, with two bathrooms, Rituals toiletries, a coffee machine and welcome snacks. The bar had a great drinks selection at good prices, and although we didn’t eat in the restaurant, it looked busy and the food looked excellent. The location is ideal, just five minutes from the main train and bus stations and perfect for exploring the city. All the staff we encountered were professional, courteous and friendly. We’d highly recommend this hotel. We left wishing we’d stayed longer but will definitely return.

Excellent hotel overall with a couple of minor quirks. Our room was upgraded to an apartment, and it was very spacious and comfortable.

It was very cold in the room when we checked in, and we had to wait a few hours until it became more or less comfortable

Hotel is located in an old building fully renewed . Very nice and confortable . Our room was spacious enough , bathroom very well equiped with a large shower , and obviously everything was perfectly clean . we were travelling with our little dog , and even if we have had to pay an extra expense for him , he got a special attention with his own sleeping basket and his plates too , on top of that there was some treats for him , really dog frinedly . Apprecaite !

Good looking but a lot of inconvenient things

- good breakfast - clean place

- we had a couple's bed but there were two mattresses. That's not for couples very inconvenient - we entered the room and found a very warm room located to the front side. We asked for another room but according to reception there was no vacancy. The heat was reduced by reception through aircon.The aircon then didn't't turn off for two days. - The price is quite too high. - The parking place is very very expensive and has no further service just the space. No roof, no security

Best hotel stay in 2mths travelling!

Best hotel stay during my European holiday from Spain to Ukraine. Lucky enough to get room 007 so enjoyed calling myself Mr Bond for a couple of weeks :D room reasonably sized and super comfy, decent sized shower so didn’t feel cramped in the shower like most hotel showers. Cracking restaurant with drop dead tasty menu! Do yourself a favour, try the Beef Ribs or Caesar Salad with Prawns, two of my favourite meals in this restaurant! Great location and couldn’t be closer to Szczecin Glowny Station and a nice walk up the same street for various shopping centres and supermarkets.

The only downside, the tram runs right outside the door, so makes quite a racket as it rounds the corner to/from the station, at first it sounds like a low flying airline or an earthquake without the movement. But if you have no trouble sleeping it won’t bother you!

I think the Breakfast buffet could be slightly better for the price I paid. There were not so many options compared to other hotels in the same price range. I also think the AC didn't get very cold and the room could have some extra pillows available.

Amazing value for money!

Amazing value for money! We stayed in an apartment which was absolutely fantastic! Everything is designed with a lot of attention to detail. The hotel is very clean hotel and super friendly staff from housekeeping to the restaurant. All staff members we spoke to were multi-lingual which made the communication very easy. There was a very good choice of food for breakfast incl a lot of fresh fruits. The hotel has a car park but parking on the street is also available. Other facilities in the hotel include a small gym, sauna and relaxing area.We can't recommend this hotel enough and would most definitely stay again!

The gym is very small and there were no yoga mats or space for stretching. We were disappointed that we couldn't take our dog to the restaurant.

Could have been perfect, but failed at some very basic essentials.

- The room is beautiful, very nicely decorated. We were given a corner room which got lots of natural sunlight. - Service was great. We used room service a couple of times and it was excellent. - The food was very good. We had dinner and breakfast served in our bedroom and both were very good.

- The TV didn't work and there was nobody at the hotel who knew how to fix it. We had to go without TV. - The bed, surprisingly, is awful. The double bed is two single beds joined together and the experience is terrible. - Our room was on the ground floor, which made it a bit noisy. - The shower is a bit small.
