Very clean and good location. Gentleman at front desk was pleasant.
Not able to adjust the A/C temperature below 20. It was warm overnight which made sleeping difficult. Two of the front desk staff were not very friendly.

The room itself was comfortable. A World Fitness chain gym in the basement is free for hotel guests. Shopping mall next door
Outside light makes the room very bright throughout the night unless curtains are closed, which I don't like since I prefer waking up with sunlight

location--very center of city, near major museums, castle. everything no more than 15-25 minute walk. city itself is fascinating

Staff was very friendly and helpful
Room did not pass expectation according to price. It was rather small. Coffee station did not have a plug facility. We had to hunt for a plug and found it behind a lamp on the desk. The selection of coffee and teas was somewhat limited for a 4 star establishment. Only coffee creamer powder.
