Worth the money - top service

I loved everything, from the elegant entrance and the staff’s proffessional welcoming, to the cozy modern room (especially the bed’s matress, that allowed me to sleep like a baby) The breakfast gets also extra points. There is a great variety of delicious food that is for literally everybody: gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian, lacto-ovo-vegetarian and of course, the usual dishes. I appreciate the thought behind the gesture. Moreover, important and ”good to know”information is at your hands everywhere (entrance, lift, room) in form of broschures, posters etc. There is also secured underground car parking, where we had our car during our stay. Easy and efortless to get that.

It was passable but lacked some niceties one expects from a 4 star hotel. The location was good

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Room did not pass expectation according to price. It was rather small. Coffee station did not have a plug facility. We had to hunt for a plug and found it behind a lamp on the desk. The selection of coffee and teas was somewhat limited for a 4 star establishment. Only coffee creamer powder.

Well sized room, good bathroom. Good beds. Excellent breakfast.

The carpet in the corridors was a bit beyond best age. Dinner-in-room remains were not put away (not ours).

Very comfortable bed and decent shower

Reception staff not particularly accommodating. Asked for an early check in after a long journey by message and to be fair was told there was no guarantee of that. At the hotel. Was told could not check in early as no rooms were available and then watched circa 40 people check in early.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The reception staff was very helpful. The price per night was good.

Good place for short stay

There is a tidy, big, good-equipped room with big and comfortable bed. Shower is also big and comfortable. There is everything you need for tea. There is little swimming pool and big fitness area. You can keep good condition away from home. This hotel is dog friendly.

Hotel is not in the best condition. There is no own parking. So you need to leave your car on the city parking.

Well-located, comfortable hotel with great service and amenities—perfect for a family stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main attractions and conveniently located next to a shopping mall. Our room was clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Breakfast was pleasant, with plenty of seating available and a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. As part of our family room package, we also enjoyed one hour of complimentary access to the spa, which was a great bonus.

The only minor downside was that the sofa bed was a bit firm, but aside from that, the property was excellent.

The stay was great for a first time however wished for better experience.

I liked the property’s bedroom and bathroom that were spacious and the bed was very comfortable and cosy. Very beautiful hotel inside and outside and polite staff at the reception desk however for the price it could be improved slightly by the swimming pool area and restaurant choices especially. Hoping to come back and stay again in the future because the location is really great and it’s close to mostly everything.

I didn’t like that the swimming pool wasn’t bigger than it was and only was used once for at least 20 minutes of our whole days spent there and also the jacuzzi we couldn’t find and go inside together instead was told it was separately. Also the breakfasts could’ve been more warmer and better choices however it still was eaten as i came as a pregnant women which needed some food either way ! :)

The breakfast is absolutely a dream coming true. My son and I enjoyed it to the best, and my mom was surprised of the huge offer. Absolutely wonderful experience, everything top 10. Definitely coming back to the hotel.

An average nice 70’s like hotel with a strange policy when it comes to pets

Facilities, place, professionalism

The place is not pet-friendly, even though they advertise it. Not a single restaurant allowed our little dachshund inside – we've traveled all over Poland, and not a single other hotel, including Radisson Blu, has the same policy. Please just state on your website that pets are NOT welcome – then people can decide in advance!
