Lovely Hotel Stay in Szczecin!

Super nice stay, really pleased with this hotel. The hotel room was super spacious, the bed was super comfy and there was a really nice tea/kettle/coffee machine station (photo attached!), which always makes a big difference. The staff on reception were super nice and friendly :) And the breakfast was super nice, lots of variety (and little sandwiches that you could take away with you). The location was nice too, overall a super nice stay and good value for money!

The Wifi was a bit slow, but other than that no complaints!

Good Location at the end of City highlight The promenade. Hotel overlooks river and 7 minutes uphill to Philharmonic Hall. That is the ideal place for tram journeys. (Lots of them and frequent .Reasonable wide choice breakfast, quietish. Check in and out was quick. Reasonable size room. Hotel is At least very close via 39 steps to a fabulous restraunt and views (see photos). Staff friendly and sorted out non working standard lamp immediatly.

Very bland and dated House style decor everywhere .It was ok for breakfast but a let down and off putting if having evening meal and its also used as the bar. Not ideal . No real maid service and dustbin never emptied and beds only made once.

good location (Castle, Philharmonic concerts, National Museum, Orthodox Church) normal breakfast, tea/coffee in the room, bottled water in the room every day, quite clean and calm

taxi from airport: be careful, there are two Focuses in Szczecin: Focus and Grand Focus; we had to show proper address to the driver to get to our Focus hotel; 10 min walking to the nearest product shop, not too comfortably organized place for breakfast, quite loaded road near (view from the room window), expensive taxi to airport (asked to book on hotel reception)

Good place for a weekend trip

Location was one of the most important factors for us - and we were not disappointed. We were in walking distance from everything we wanted to visit, and the area seemed safe. We checked in late (around midnight) without any issues. Personnel speaks excellent English, so no issues in communication. Room is basic, but there is everything you might need. Beds are comfortable and in general the hotel is very clean. Check out was very smooth as well.

Inside the room there are no regular cups or glasses, but paper ones. This is a small detail, but makes a difference. The music in the lobby in the evening was uncomfortably loud, which led to us not sitting there at all, but going back to our room. Chair in the room seems to be either very old and overused or broken, so we didn't use it. We made no complaints to the staff since we only were there for the weekend and spent little time in the room, but these are definitely things that could be improved.

Very well located hotel, with spacious, well maintained rooms, very helpful staff

Rooms of a decent size, which had all equipment needed, plus an office area. Very friendly staff that will help you with anything. Very rich and delicious breakfasts wigh a lot of choice. The hotel is very well located and our room was giving to Wały Chrobrego with a nice view.

We got a room with a view on Wały Chrobrego, however initially we had a room giving to Trasa Zamkowa, which was a bit noisy (However, closing the window has largely eliminated that problem.)

Really great place to stay. Especially for business trip.

The room was very clean, breakfast was yummy, location is very nice, view was great.
