Very bright and clean.
Everything was okay, only one small inconvenience was the bathroom for 2 rooms, but it was described at the booking page

Great value and location, easy to find
Floors not clean, dorm environment. Patrons should note that this is a college dorm building with a couple floors being used as hotel/hostel accommodations. So there are a lot of young college boys wandering around and I felt quite out of place. Also the front desk staff doesn’t really speak English.
