Highly recommended place, nice amenities and good kitchen

Great location at the little lake, but central at the same time. The hotel was renovated, rooms are comfortable, restaurant very good, offers excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff very helpful, have sent my forgotten item directly and very well packed.

Nice hotel that I would recommend.

It is very new and clean.

The air would not turn off unless you opened the window or pulled you key out of the slot killing all power in the room.

The suite wasn’t worth the price. Very strange distribution of the room, very small closet, sofa bed was probably the most uncomfortable I have ever seen in my life

Never again.

The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The friendliness of the front desk staff was also good. The location was good.

The bedding was awful and gross. The sheet was a flatsheet and not big enough for the bed so we ended up sleeping on a bare matress and the flatsheet crumpled immediately and its small size meant we could not tuck it under the matress to keep it in place. The pillows felt like the cheapest you can buy at IKEA. They were lumpy and shapeless. The restaurant was abysmal. The server was rude and had never heard of a vodka martini. The service was slow (we waited 45 minutes just to be asked our drink order) and we waited over an hour for our food to come out. Never again. I went for a morning jog hoping to make use of the sauna after, only to be infomred that the sauna does not open until 3pm.

Amazing

It was a wonderful location in a park in the centre of the city. The restaurant and the terrace were delightful. Beautiful views of the lake and very well prepared food from a varied menu. The best thing of all were the staff. We were treated like royalty with big smiles and excellent service from the chambermaids through to the waiting staff and reception. Would definitely stay there again when in Szczecin.

I eventually had to leave and go home.

The hotel have very good location. Very clean, all equipments, bed, furniture new and good decorated. Staff very professional and very friendly. Restaurant, breakfast was excellent. Recommend for everyone.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, helped us with tickets and printing…. Spacious nicely decorated room and lovely breakfast! The whole place is modern yet has a retro kind of feeling. A great base from which to see the town and the really excellent zoo, we even spent one evening bowling in house. We even used the gym early morning….

A parking site should have been larger for the hotel of such class. If you can't find a place on a parking, you have to seek it in the neighboring streets. 🤔 The last 50 m of the road to the hotel not asphalted, looked also surprising for me

Exceptional

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, and this is easily one of the best. The beautiful setting in the park is peaceful and calm. The overall ambience of the hotel is one of classy, discrete luxury. The standards of customer service from the reception, the restaurant and the cleaning staff were excellent. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly, and helpful. I really wish I had noted their names as I wanted to inform the management of their excellent customer service. There was a lady with blonde hair who was mostly at reception who was superb; always helpful and professional. There was a tall, young lad in the restaurant with brown hair who was equally helpful and professional. I was lucky enough to stay in the Presidential Suite, and it was exceptional. A spectacular bathroom with a massive bath, walk-in shower, 'his and hers' basins, and a bidet. There was also a TV in the bathroom. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well. The flat screen TV in the bedroom was superb. There was a dining area that leads onto the balcony that overlooks the park. It has a beautiful view and even though it's directly above the restaurant it's very peaceful. I had three separate air conditioning units, which was amazing during the heatwave. It was like a fridge in my room, which I loved. The breakfast was delicious. It was a buffet style, and there was an excellent choice available of salads, delicatessen, hot foods, pastries, yoghurt, fruits, coffee, teas, juices, breads and rolls. I also ordered lunch and dinner in the restaurant a number of times, and I was always impressed by the superb presentation, delicious flavours, and interesting textures. I highly recommend the lamb for the main meal and the nitrogen ice cream for dessert. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. I will certainly be returning.

An exquisite experience in historic Szczecin

Staff was extremely friendly. The royal suite was amazing. The food at breakfast and the a-la carte menu was excellent. The hotel is in the middle of a park, next to beautiful sights and really close to the city (a 10min drive in any direction to reach sights, attractions, etc.)

While the suite was truly beautiful the toilet facility as part of the enormous bathroom had no door. We found that design choice questionable as it practically gives no privacy.

Gorgeous hotel

Lovely hotel next to a nice lake. The spa is also very nice and good value for money when you book one of their packages. The hotel restaurant is nice and the breakfast was good.

The surrounding area (other side to the park) is nothing special, you have to travel into the city which is a 20-30 min walk. There are also trams but finding machines selling tickets is not always easy. Nothing wrong with the actual hotel though!

Nice, modern hotel in easy to get to location with good amount of free parking. I arrived very late and did not check whole facility (there is spa on site). But room was comfortable and clean. Lovely decorations for Valentine’s Day in restaurant. Whole place smelled amazing!

Do not get confused as there is a other hotel sit similar name in the area … accidentally I did.

nice hotel with great view

in the spa there are only 6 laying beds. the problem is that the people reserve them once they arrive in the spa and even if they are doing treatments which sometime last for 1,5h you cannot use any of the laying beds… you have to sit in few uncomfortable garden chairs which do not guarantee you any relaxation. make sure to be there at 4pm and take a place and keep it all day long
