Pictures look really good, hotel room was as expected but everything a little old. Breakfast was okay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which benefits from an excellent location just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Our room was lovely, soundproofed, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel features a beautiful pool and spa, as well as an adjoining casino. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options, all well-presented. On the few occasions we needed additional towels or toilet paper, the reception staff responded immediately. Throughout our stay, reception, cleaning, and waiting staff were all polite, professional, and attentive.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; however, it seemed to be trying to do too much, catering extensively to conferences and events, sometimes at the expense of guests not attending these functions. The hotel did not seem to have a proper bar area, more a restaurant, which limited spaces for guests to relax. During our three-night stay, on the third day we wished to unwind and have a drink in the bar/restaurant area, but it was being prepared for a function. The smaller area had limited seating, which had already been taken up, making it difficult to find a place to sit. As a result, we went to a nearby hotel to avail of these facilities.
On the second morning, we intended to use the pool, only to find it closed and were informed it would not be available until the following day. No explanation was provided regarding its closure, which was disappointing.
During a visit to the casino, after extensive verification of our personal details and passports, we were further questioned about our place of birth while playing Blackjack. This experience felt unnecessarily intrusive and at times hostile. Overall, the casino staff interaction came across as unfriendly and, at points, discriminatory.
