We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which benefits from an excellent location just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Our room was lovely, soundproofed, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel features a beautiful pool and spa, as well as an adjoining casino. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options, all well-presented. On the few occasions we needed additional towels or toilet paper, the reception staff responded immediately. Throughout our stay, reception, cleaning, and waiting staff were all polite, professional, and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; however, it seemed to be trying to do too much, catering extensively to conferences and events, sometimes at the expense of guests not attending these functions. The hotel did not seem to have a proper bar area, more a restaurant, which limited spaces for guests to relax. During our three-night stay, on the third day we wished to unwind and have a drink in the bar/restaurant area, but it was being prepared for a function. The smaller area had limited seating, which had already been taken up, making it difficult to find a place to sit. As a result, we went to a nearby hotel to avail of these facilities. On the second morning, we intended to use the pool, only to find it closed and were informed it would not be available until the following day. No explanation was provided regarding its closure, which was disappointing. During a visit to the casino, after extensive verification of our personal details and passports, we were further questioned about our place of birth while playing Blackjack. This experience felt unnecessarily intrusive and at times hostile. Overall, the casino staff interaction came across as unfriendly and, at points, discriminatory.

Such a shame about the pool being closed but a great hotel

The rooms and general feel of the hotel was amazing. It’s definitely the nicest hotel room I’ve stayed in for a while. Super comfy beds.

The pool was out of order the weekend we were there. We’d specifically booked the hotel so we could relax in the pool. The sauna and jacuzzi were available but without the pool it felt a bit pointless. The hotel is also on the outskirts of town but felt very safe walking around at night.

Somewhat busy traffic with main roads just outside the main entrance. However, this is not noticed when inside the hotel. In addition, location offers various tram lines to city centre etc.

Maid knocked on our room at 8:55 to clean the room. Toaster for breakfast took at least 10 minutes to lightly brown the toast, needs replacing.

Practical location for car and pt. 20-30 mins on foot to main sights downtown. Great indoor pool. Super breakfast.

Modern hotel with a great swimming pool

Very nice room design, good shower, great swimming pool, very good food at the hotel restaurant. We were positively surprised that there was a small warm pool for babies / small children.

It is easy to get lost, the hotel is like a labyrinth. We were two people with a child but given only one towel initially in the room.

Good stay with a great breakfast

High-quality hotel with top cleanliness, amenities, noice isolation, and furnishings. The staff is friendly and the rooms are rather spacious. The pool and sauna are a highlight, as is the breakfast, which guests shouldn't miss under any circumstances! It is incredibly rich, and the waffles and pancakes are out of this world. The location is good with a tram stop right outside and the building is very beautiful.

Our room faced the road outside, which was a little loud due to construction. The windows insulated well, so no problem when closed.

I’d remove some mirrors and the room could have had an easy workable space with a less bulky desk and chair. It was a bit noisy outside due to constructions.

Good but nothing outstanding

- Room, - Bed, - City center, - Swimming pool.

- Staff (breakfast was until 11:00 but staff was rushing us after 10:15 due their preparation for a confirmation events and conference duties). I asked up to what time is breakfast and answer was 11:00. Staff was whispering behind our back (faster, faster to their colleagues). - Going from the parking to reception was a nightmare. - Missing information about two different SPA in the hotel.
