Bardzo miła i sympatyczna obsługa, obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania co do pobytu.
Obiekt zlokalizowany przy torach tramwajowych i było to rano słychać

Rewelacyjna komunikacja z bardzo miłym personelem obiektu. Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobre skomunikowanie z centrum Szczecina (pętla tramwajowa linii 2 i 11 około 100 metrów od obiektu). Możliwość zarezerwowania płatnego (10 zł za dobę) miejsca postojowego na parkingu należącym do obiektu.
Według informacji obiekt podlega nadzorowi konserwatora zabytków, ale na pewno wymaga doinwestowania i remontu. Wyposażenie, to swoista podróż w czasie, podróż do przeszłości.

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa Dość dobrze wyposażone pokoje (czajnik, suszarka, reczniki) Dosc spokojna i cicha lokalizacja
Pokoje wymagają remontu. Drzwi od szafy przesuwne do naprawy, podobnie drzwi prysznicowe. Zdecydowanie przydaloby sie odświezenie ścian i podłóg a także wymiana tekstyliów na bardziej hotelowe a mniej zmęczone.
