The place has good ratings and it IS good! Very clean, confortable, rather quiet, probably the best I ever had in relation to the price. I didn't meet any staff, but you can write an email and you will get what you asked for. Nice surroundings - a big, beautiful park, a market mall in the surroundings - absolutely see "Pavillon Manhattan", a mall where you can get fresh food , polish season's fruit and vegetables, some old fashioned stuff. The building itself is of architectural interest. You can walk downtown - 20 -30 minutes or take a streetcar - 10 min.

The apartment is cosy and comfortable. Access is easy and communication with the landlord is ok.

The tram depot is nearby so from 5:00 am there is noise and the whole building shakes

Very new place, quiet rooms on the back side of the building.

No bord and no power outlet near the bed to charge the phone and have a clock visable at night.

Fantastic location, very close to local restaurants and centre

Excellent property, it exceeded my expectations. The apartament was very clean, the design was very modern and beautiful. Everything I needed for my stay was provided. As I was arriving very late the staff gave me the room with the code instead of a card which was extremely helpful.

The room is very close to the rail tracks / tram. It's extremely loud and shakey when tram is nearby, wouldn't recommend for a light sleeper.

Great apartment, but the location of my room was a bit too noisy for me.

The room was lovely, clean and well-furnished.

It was extremely noisy! There is a traffic light right under the window. The sound of the trams braking and cars with loud music waiting kept waking me up.

Very nice apartment to stay in the city. Walkable distance to the center (up to 30min). Underground parking. Clean and comfy.

The building is next to the street where trams pass, so it was noisy and the ground was trembling. Still, I recommend this place for a short stay in the city.

I cannot fault my stay at Silver Place Apartments, at all. I usually rent an apartment nearby when I come to Szczecin, however I decided to give this place a go due to a much better price and I have to say, that from now on, Silver Place will be my first choice, every time I come back! The first thing that impressed me, was how quickly I received the codes to the building/room, which was first thing in the morning. They were sent to me via the Booking website, as well as Whatsapp, with photos showing arrows pointing at the pin pads, which was a nice touch I think haha. I'm also really glad that there are pin pads and no keys/key cards that require collection, because my flight was delayed and I had arrived much later than planned (12am), but thanks to the coded entry that wasn't a problem. The entire apartment was very modern, stunning and absolutely spotless. Everything you'd find at home, has been provided here, bedding/towels are clean and the bed is super comfy. It's super close to everything too, shops, public transport, a giant park etc., so the location is also perfect. The only thing I feel like I need to point out, which personally wasn't a problem for me at all, but I've seen it mentioned in other reviews, is that the apartments are right by a quite busy road, with not only cars, but trams too. Having said that though, although you are able to hear everything, the windows are pretty good at blocking the sound out I think, so most of what you hear is quite muffled and so, shouldn't be a problem for most people. To summarise... Yes, I was very happy with my stay at Silver Place, I definitely recommend staying here and will most definitely be coming back, thank you! :)

Enjoyed my stay

Nice room and relatively good value for money, there was free parking on the street and not far to go to the centre. There is a kitchenette and bathroom in the room, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my night stay.

The front door can be a bit tricky, I got there quite late and at first thought I couldn't get in you have to give it a really good pull, it didn't disturb me but you can hear some noise from other rooms in the corridor so if you're a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs.

Location was very good, trams was hearable but it was possible to stand.

We asked for a parking place, but pilot was not in the room as agreed. Luckily we found place on the street but it was quite stressful and unexpected.

Very good Location, very quiet, clean, very nice and professional stuff, modern, fell really really good. I really recommend that accommodation.

After I came I needed to pick up a key to garage from room - should be together with card in box. The entry to the garage is some minutes blocked for another users of parking.
