Great location, breakfast and value for money

Quiet location but still close to the town, great breakfast, lovely breakfast area and responsive staff.

The room got very hot so could benefit with air conditioning.

Beautiful place to enjoy quiet - fantastic breakfast!

This is a real gem just outside of Oaxaca. It’s super clean and beautifully decorated (we loved the speaker playing different natural sounds during the night). The highlight for us was Mari who made us a delicious breakfast every day and her service was impeccable. The property is beautiful and not too far from the centre- 10-15 mins.

I think we were the only people staying, if the property had other guests I would find it crowded.

Amazing place to visit the centre. The breakfast is excellent

Clean, cosy and private. It was silent compared to Mexico noise in the city. It is close to the centre, once parked you don’t need the car anymore.

I would prefer having a key in case I forget the code or my phone runs out of battery

Complete rip-off and noisy

There wasn't much to like about the place. It is soulless and impersonal. The noise from the traffic and entry doors is endless.

For the amount of money that is being charged at this place, they could spend some on improving the property. It is a rip-off. I hope at the least they are paying their staff well, but given the state of the place, I doubt it.

How exciting to find a hidden gem!

Absolutely tidy and well equipped. Alex is very thoughtful and detail-oriented to provide little gadgets to make my stay even more comfortable (even I didn’t ask for it). Nice breakfast and I like the granola the most. Also shout out to gym lovers, cheap and useable gym right next to it!

Excellent care by staff. About a dozen electrical outlets was much appreciated. Breakfast was superb: omelletes cooked to order and French Toast with yogurt, granola and grapefruit juice.

Safe, beautiful and attentive

Everything! Starting at the location: close to the Center but not right in the middle so you would get caught up in the noise. Although next to a big street very quite and an oasis of calm. The friendly and attentive stuff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Including on-site staff and the owner messaging promptly on booking.com / WhatsApp. When we asked to leave our bags after check-out we were offered to use our room till we needed to leave as it wasn’t booked again. Which had a really positive impact on our day. The included breakfast was bountiful - unlimited good coffee, fresh fruit, cereal and a daily rotating hot breakfast. Security - with a number of different measures this place felt very safe. All in all, a beautiful place with great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked it again for the second leg of our trip!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

The staff was amazing and so friendly. The rooms are excellently decorated, with impeccable attention to detail. The location in the center of Oaxaca is ideal for exploring the city. You're at walking distance from all of the "must-sees." I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will 100% be back!

Everything about this location was perfect. It is in the best location. We stayed at a more expensive place earlier in the week and wish we didn't-The courtyard is delicious, and so so pretty. The room was perfect. Breakfast daily. If this place is available, book it. The design is beautiful and the price is unbeatable.

Fantastic stay: A total find

This place is a gem! We were a little skeptical since there weren’t many reviews. As soon as we walked in the posada it felt like a home. Great location,rooms, and social areas. The whole property is beautiful, with much more attention to detail than we expected. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The terrace is gorgeous. We walked so much everyday it was just very nice to have a wonderful place to come back. Everything was smooth. Thank you so much for the kindness. We will return!

La atención es impecable Kailie al teléfono, Edwin llego a recibirnos, lugar impecable, agua para beber en todo momento a la mano, están al pendiente de todo, Ale y Mary están al pendiente de todo lo de cocina y habitaciones q mujeres tan increíbles el desayuno es basto y variado, delicioso, me sorprendió mucho encontrar difusor para cabello rizado con la secadora (pensaron en las rizadas yupii) hice una observación super peque a la habitación y nos dieron una solución inmediata.... ahhh esas recomendaciones de donde comer wow y tener un servicio de trasporte confiable siempre se agradece. Esta a 10 minutos caminando de todo muy recomendable en cada sentido

Estancia como en casa

La limpieza es excepcional! El desayuno está muy completo y nos complacieron con nuestra fruta favorita. Nos ofrecieron una habitación más grande por su disponibilidad sin cargo adicional. El último día de nuestra estancia nos permitieron hacer check-out más tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde.
