It is beautifully designed, and incredibly detailed! The rooms are really nice and cozy with the Mexican cool touch. Everything works perfectly, and the staff couldn’t be nicer!!! Great location!

I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. Guys at the front desk are kind and attentive.

I don’t think they have enough noise cancellation, you can hear the noise from the main street outside and from the other rooms and hallways. The rooms aren’t big enough for the amount of money they charge. On our first night, the restaurant was messy and dirty for breakfast. Quite honestly, for how they advertise this place and how much it costs, I don’t think it’s value for money.

Disappointed, whilst this place has potential the attention to detail is lacking and the staff need serious hospitality

This property has huge potential as it’s a very nicely designed building however there is a lot missing.the location is well situated but the road traffic makes it impossible to sleep. The bar area where breakfast is served offers a great space to hang out but its opening times are confusing and it doesn’t have a vibe for the evening which is a shame.

The staff weren’t welcoming at all, every time we left the hotel and returned home there was very little interaction from the reception desk. Mostly sat there on their mobile phones barely looking up to greet you. It didn’t feel like a hotel welcome at all. The noise of the road made it impossible to sleep and I wish I’d read the reviews more carefully. The breakfast was ok, not great but yogurt and coffee is enough for us. Additionally the water pressure in the shower was sometimes non existent and made it very difficult to rinse shampoo out. Overall I was quite dissatisfied.

A modern, boutique hotel in a central location

The breakfast was delicious, the terrace beautiful, and the main areas of the hotel well appointed. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The hotel was a nice blend of modern with antique rugs and global decor.

The hotel is on a very busy street. Our room was very small and the patio was very small and awkward. We had a lot of luggage so we felt extra cramped in the room. We felt the room decor was worn out looking and didn't match the rest of the hotel which was much nicer. Our room was also very loud. If I stayed here again, I would book a much nicer room and ask for a quiet location. The standard room at the front of the hotel did not meet our expectations.

Great location

As all rooms are off the main hallway and as it’s a small property, it can be quite noisy. Thankfully we are early risers so it didn’t bother us. The wait for breakfast was quite a while and others were served before us when we had been waiting longer which was frustrating (especially when we were in a hurry to meet someone).

Quality looking on the surface but missing finesse

Good sized bedroom and nicely decorated, decent part of town, nice terrace for breakfast and handy valet parking service. Very nice and helpful staff.

It was very expensive for what it was. Breakfast wasn't the best (dry, not massively flavourful) but perhaps we should have been up earlier (it was a buffet, not made to order). Room could have been cleaner (sink had mould and didn't drain so it showed a lack of attention to detail). Beds were memory foam and I spent my time stuck in someone else's big indent.

- the woman who ran the front desk really ruined my experience. she was rude, didn’t follow up when she said she would and seemed annoyed to have to help me from the very beginning - very noisy (from the staff & guests inside at front desk more than outside even but I could hear it all) - there was hair on my bedding & ants in my room

Clean accommodations with local flavor, very attentive staff, Cleanliness is my number one priority and that very well met.

Restaurant opens a little late breakfast for early morning excursions. Maybe 30 minutes earlier would have been helpful on a couple of the days or even perhaps an option to pre-order a breakfast for 7:30 a.m. A mini fridge would have been greatly appreciated to store cold drinks in the room.

I loved everything about this hotel, the ambience, rooms, location, the daily homemade treats left in the rooms and the rooftop !! The chef and food at the hotel was an added plus with amazing food and baked goods. Breakfast on the roof was honestly one of our favorite parts about our whole trip. Not to mention the amazing staff, some of the most friendly and caring people we met. Front Desk super helpful with getting us set up our day trips with Jorge which was a blast! highly recommend! 10/10

A delightful jewel of a hotel in the center of Oaxaca!

My wife Terry and I loved everything about this hotel. Beautifully done modern design with Oaxaca accents, gorgeous details from the wood trim to the lighting. Superb staff, (Thanks again Mario!)very helpful and warm. Breakfast was excellent with Jorge taking great care of us!
