very unprofessional

i stayed in the property the week before and had no problems

1st of all the took 2 security deposits off me after telling me they would carry one over to the next week, then they told me i couldn’t check in because maintenance was in the room with the key, then i was in the corridor waiting for 6 o’clock and went inside to drop bags off and was a group of people in using the room as a recording studio! so they were using a room i paid for for other purposes and lied saying maintenance was in. then they went on to tell me if i wanted the key i had to drive over a mile for it when they said the maintenance man had it which there was no such person. bearing in mind i had been traveling since 3.00am and was exhausted. they then took £150 off my security deposit saying i had damaged a puffy which didn’t even have a cushion on top of it which we did not even touch while we stayed there. very unprofessional and wouldnt advise staying there. they were very rude throughout. they even said i needed to drop key off in a shop over a mile away at 7am but i leave for work at 6 am so got threatened again to take more of my security deposit

The hosts are thieves and will rob your deposit. They have pretend security, 3 random guys that will turn up at the door pretending to be security asking you to vacate due to 'noise complaints' - without any warning. They have armbands and hi-vis vests and pretend to be official security. There is no security on these premises, it is a residential property. Mostly working professionals and students.
