Run down and dirty

Really dirty, mattresses appeared to have blood stains on them. Flooring was coming apart in the kitchen and bedrooms. The house smelt really badly of cigarettes. A very unpleasant stay

Bad location, having to park on the main road, very very basic facilities and looked nothing like the photos

Worst ever

Worst stay I've ever had on booking.com. Host text messaged to ask how the stay was but didn't reply to address the complaint they recieved. Complaints email to follow to booking.com

Showers were terrible. Sink was blocked. Outside garden area was a complete mess with over grown bushes trees and weeds. Not what we thought we had booked and it ruined out stay in Coventry

Need to be renovated, in order to rent it out.

Only the beds are comfortable and water pressure is good.

1. Old and rundown house 2. Doesn’t like the photo posted 3. Kitchen is not well equipped,stove lighter no working, no paper towels and rubbish bin plastic provided, washing machine without detergent…. 4. Upper stair floor is squeaky 5. In front of the house the grass and weeds are unkempt 6. Mouldy smelly at the laundry area.

Lovely size rooms, great for what we needed

There was a duvet on the sofa bed but no sheets for it and there were no pillows for the bed just cushions which were dirty. The house could have been cleaner.

Very disappointed

Nothing

Needs a lot of TLC, very tired and not enough room for 6 people. Sofa only sat 3 people and dinning table only sat 4. Kitchen appliances not up to standard and a terrible smell from utility room or blocked drain. Property needs a deep clean and can't believe we were asked by email to remove our shoes before entering as if the property was immaculate! Very disappointed as in the photos the property looks fantastic. The beds were clean and comfortable but we had to sleep with 3 people in the double bed as the sofa bed was hard to sit on so no way could anyone sleep on it.

I stayed in this property with my family and friends prior to my graduation at the University of Warwick. The property manager, John, was very responsive and accommodating to all requests I had, and offered to come over after dark to help me figure out the heating. The property was very tidy, neat, spacious, the rooms were great, and the new extra bathroom downstairs was particularly useful as well. The property was also well situated, not too far from the bus stops, close to a big Sainsbury’s, a food court and a gym. I had absolutely no dislikes or issues with the property, and it was beyond my expectations! I would absolutely rebook in the future/ recommend to family/ friends/ anyone looking for a nice, spacious properly to rent in Coventry.
