I would like to wholeheartedly recommend this accomodation! Not only is the house spacious, clean and nice (plus garden!!), but the host really cares. Although out check in was smooth the host asked if we needed something and it was just good to know that someone is easy to reach in case one needs it. Thank you! Hope to come again!

I stayed in this property with my family and friends prior to my graduation at the University of Warwick. The property manager, John, was very responsive and accommodating to all requests I had, and offered to come over after dark to help me figure out the heating. The property was very tidy, neat, spacious, the rooms were great, and the new extra bathroom downstairs was particularly useful as well. The property was also well situated, not too far from the bus stops, close to a big Sainsbury’s, a food court and a gym.
I had absolutely no dislikes or issues with the property, and it was beyond my expectations! I would absolutely rebook in the future/ recommend to family/ friends/ anyone looking for a nice, spacious properly to rent in Coventry.

Lovely size rooms, great for what we needed
There was a duvet on the sofa bed but no sheets for it and there were no pillows for the bed just cushions which were dirty. The house could have been cleaner.
