Great city centre place to stay

Location was great close to city centre and train station with both just a short walk away. This meant it was easy for my family who were staying there to go shopping in the city centre. They didn’t on this occasion go to Birmingham but they could have easily done this as train station close by. Secure car parking included in price which isn’t when you stay in a city centre hotel, which can add easily another £20/25 pound a night. Apartment clean, comfortable, well equipped and quiet.

An extra key and fob would have been handy.

Pleasant and well-located flat, ideal for 4. Would be perfect with some small improvements!

The decor was tasteful. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The towels and bedlinnen were of a good luxury quality. The flat was spacious and clean and had a homely feel. The check-in instructions were clear and convenient and made for a smooth arrival and departure.

The kitchen was rather poorly equipped: 1 teaspoon for 4 guests, a few old pans, too small and too few for a meal for 4, no bottle opener, and one of the hobs was broken. The bathrooms’ floors and skirting were mouldy and worn.

Muss ich nicht unbedingt ein zweites mal haben

Gute Lage. Theoretisch mit eigenem Parkplatz. Großes Apartment. WLAN funktioniert gut.

Der zugehörige Parkplatz war leider mehrmals besetzt. Zugang nur über die Garage möglich. Ein Schlüssel für die Eingangstür und die Zugangstür vom Grundstück war nicht vorhanden. Somit war an eine Essensbestellung nicht zu denken. Die Sauberkeit im Apartment lässt deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Es war kein einziges Fenster geputzt. Der Fußboden klebte beim Gehen. Der Backofen war komplett versifft. Feuchte Flecken an der Wand in mindestens einem Zimmer, was man auch riechen konnte. Leider auch kein öffentliches Fernsehen oder Radio vorhanden. Nur Streaming Dienste. Wer keinen eigenen Account dafür mitbringt, hat Pech. Für die Besucher gibt es keinen eigenen.

地理位置優越，WiFi good，電視有Netflix和You tube

進房間有一潮濕的感覺，可能因為是ground floor 的問題洗手間地面有很多發霉的情況，打開衣櫃有一陣發霉的味道，熱水供應每次都要人手調節才有熱水供應
