A comfortable apartment close to the city centre.

The place was very modern and nice. The kitchen was great lots of storage for your food. It had all the facilities for cooking your own food. The place was very clean and tidy. The bedrooms are very modern and stylish. They look lovely. They have white wardrobes and white drawer sets. The beds are modern. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a TV in every room in the property. The kitchen has a handy toilet nearby. There is more than one toilet and bathroom in the house. Some of your usual channels are on the TV near the kitchen and it’s got Netflix as well. The house has got WiFi too. The apartment is close to all the shops and city centre.

The stairs in the property is very steep and hard to climb. There is only one rail going up them. There should be one each side. The stairs going up to the very top bedroom is also steep and the hand rail is even worse and makes them harder to climb.

Property is very dated, needs a deep clean and to be re decorated. Property has a stale smokey smell throughout, lots of flies inside the house. Good space but the property is worn out.

Nice cosy place inside but a bit of an eyesore outside

Its location, nice bedrooms and sufficient bathrooms for our group of 8 pax

The garbage bins directly outside the property, which were filled to the brim from the day we arrived. And garbage was only collected on the 6th day we were there. Due to this there were flies coming in when we opened the front door. Backyard was also unkept and not a nice sight. Also only 1 out of 4 lights in the kitchen were working and no hairdryer can be found. Additional garbage bags should have bern provided especially for guests who are in a big group and staying there for close to a week

It was nice to stay there, host was nice, but house could be cleaner.

It was very close to the city, and nice to have 4 bedrooms, i was with a group of 4 so everyone got their own space

The house needs to have some renovations done, some lights did not work and the bathrooms were not that clean. The carpets are getting loose in some corners. Also we got an outdated parking permit, this was not any problem but gave us some stress.

It’s an old house and I think there could be a bit of work done to it

The beds were comfortable and clean and had clean towels .There was all equipment needed there eg toaster kettle tv etc and hosts were helpful when there was a problem .

There was a leak coming into one particular room when the shower was used and the electricity went off because of it.On the morning of our departure there was no hot water to shower, I don’t know why.We were only there three nights and didn’t need these stresses.

Great property great location!

We were visiting the NEC so it was a perfect base with only a 15/20 min drive. There were 2 parking permits for us to use .. the parking wasn't allocated but there was on street parking which was great. The house was clean and the host was great at checking (via text / WhatsApp) to make sure we were happy with the stay and letting us know how to contact them should we be unhappy... which was a great comfort .. we didn't have any issues with our stay and would definitely book again!

The only 1 part of the stay to be mindful of is the stairs as they are very steep..we have stayed in the area before and this is a trait of houses in the area... although definitely to note if you have mobility issues ... although there is a double bed room downstairs. Please note this is not an issue that can be fixed/ changed ...so no fault of the owner or the great service they provide.
