Beautiful Four Bed House By PureStay Short Lets & Serviced Accommodation Coventry With Parking

The description was nothing like where you had to go to find the property - over flowing rubbish bins and a dirty ol abandoned caravan outside the building

Great location, nicely decorated and very comfortable beds.

The cleaning was poor - clothing strewn in the garden, a sock under one of the beds, crumbs in the corners of the lounge. The carpet in the hallway and on the stairs is badly stained. Only 4 forks, no teaspoons, the bathroom plug was broken, if you ran a shower there was no water in the kitchen. The seal on the fridge has failed and the freezer was so iced up the door wouldn’t shut and an alarm went off every minute until we defrosted it partly ourselves. There are no instructions for the oven or hob. Whilst advertised to sleep 10, and there are 10 beds, you cannot fit more than 6 around the table and are only provided with 2 chairs and 2 bench seats and we couldn’t all eat together as there weren’t enough forks. There is not enough seating for 10 in the lounge and we ended up using the balcony chairs as well. It was a squeeze. The fourth bedroom is a mezzanine above the lounge/kitchen and gets incredibly hot with zero ventilation. The surroundings of the house, in the car park outside, there is abandoned rubbish and a possibly abandoned caravan. It did not look well maintained considering it was on a gated community. I reported the broke fridge and freezer, poor cleaning and clothing left in the garden and someone was supposed to come on the Saturday. I don’t know if they did or didn’t but all was the same when we returned from a day out.

A lovely property, in a very handy location. We were going to a wedding in Warwick so only 20 mins away. The property was clean and comfy. An unusual layout added to the enjoyment of the stay. It is in a gated area, so felt very secure. There is a bit of history of the area and wish we had had time to look in this further. There are.balconies and Ecks which would be lovely to sit out on in the summer. It didn't spoil our stay but it might have been good to have a hair dryer and iron in the property.

The property was lovely and spacious and close to the centre.

On arrival to the property there was alot of rubbish piled up outside there was a smell of cigarettes when entering the property and it hadn't been cleaned.

amazing communication with the staff. they were able to sort it if we had any issues. would recommend.
