Great location and value for price!

Amazing location, in the heart of Coventry. The staff were friendly, they upgraded my room, as it had strong detergent smell, and there weren't others available. So, I got upgraded to a studio free of charge, quite caring for the guest's comfort. I liked the vibes of the place.

It is a student accomodation, so if you are used to hotels with iron and hairdryer ensuite, spare yourself the trouble. These things are available but for rent/hour thru an easy peasy locker system in the reception area. If you are picky about little hair here and there, also spare yourself the trouble.

I liked the location and property maintanance.

Unfortunately, the room is dusty because of the window facing towards the road. If the mopping stick is provided, it would have been the excellent.

Great Value for money

The size of the room was very good, the washroom was new beautiful and spacious! For me this was a real value for money considering the location.

The only downside was when I arrived I was only shown the way to my room and the staff didn't escort me which was a bit low for me. It's not my house and it's only nice that at least upon arrival, somewhere brings you to your door at leats and then you can take it from there. Aside from that, it was a clean and very nice place.

Overall I had a fantastic stay and will happily stay here again

I liked all the facilities in the property and the set up of the room. I also found it quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and there is security/staff there 24/7 in the building which made me feel safe.

I think the property could have been a little cleaner, the floor hadn’t been swept, the cooker and fridge hadn’t been cleaned properly and the bedsheets weren’t pressed.

Great budget option for solo travellers

Comfortable ensuite room in a quiet part of Coventry on one side of the local university campus. Really liked having a desk and access to a shared kitchen, and being within walking distance to grocery stores, shops, train station, etc. Staff were also very nice and the shared lounge spaces were great.

The shared kitchen needed more regular cleaning-- or for cleaning supplies (like a broom) to be left out for guests to use. Typical noise problems from heavy fireproof doors slamming at all hours of the day.

One of the best studios I have stayed in despite being extremely difficult to find

Minutes from the city centre. Nice not having to share a kitchen as room was a studio so came with its own kitchen.

This accommodation is extremely difficult to find and is not called Lifestyle which is confusing.

Fantastic value stay, perfect base for a stay in the West Midlands.

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay, considering the cost I can't believe how perfect it was! It was absolutely bob on and exceeded all my expectations. Firstly the staff were excellent, everyone I came across was very friendly and polite. My room was in a 'flat' of 4, shared kitchen etc which was a bonus. Loads of space, really well presented. My room faced the 'back' of the property, it was noisy with the window open but when shut could barely hear anything! Internet was super fast and didn't ever fail, there's even a gym they said we could use although I didn't. The reception area and seating areas were all really relaxed. Bit jealous of the students who lived there tbh, wish I'd had that at University! Washing is £4.90 for a wash and tumble, the machines are massive so if you need to do one load then save it up and the app you use is really easy to navigate. If you're staying for 7 days, parking is £17.50 for the week in the nearby Gosford Street Car Park (check out the Council's website for more information). I did have to use this twice but you can move your car to other car parks in the area that is accepting of that parking tickets so that's helpful (one near the station is handy!). Coventry station is a 10-15minute walk away, fantastic links over the west midlands area. Buses also really reliable too, I got one of these to Warwick Uni. I had a truly great stay here, thanks again!

I stayed here whilst volunteering for the Commonwealth games, eay to access and had parking close by. Only a 10minute walk to the train station. friendly staff on reception throughout the 8 days that I stayed there.

I knew that it was a self catered accommodation but I was unaware that there would not be any bedding or any towels supplied so I had to go out and buy some the next morning as I didn’t get to the property until late at night. It would have been helpful if this was made clear when booking.

Good location, close to city centre. Own bathroom, big bed. Big window, good lighting.

Awful placement by a very busy road 24/7 made very difficult to sleep as it was too warm to close the window and when I did want to close it I wasn’t able to lock the handle down? Bedsheets weren’t the cleanest and recycling system was not explained and to throw away trash it was quite far. The listing doesn’t lead directly to the building as it is listed as different things with different phone numbers which makes arrival, calling and finding the door a frustrating experience. I was calling the number for 20 minutes before I was guided by some local students to the student dorm building where, as I was still on the phone ringing, the reception told me that wasn’t their number and was confused why it was different in the listing. The door has some trouble and it seemed broken along with the room window. The key and lock had issues as the battery wasn’t changed so I had to go all the way back down with all my bags to ask them to check it or open it for me. The door after this was still difficult to open I had to use my knee to push it open and sometimes it would lock again and I would have to use the key and try again opening it faster. Oh and the mirror has a crack in it :)
