Staff welcome you so warmly.
The common areas were very neat and tidy. The room itself was sufficient, clean, everything worked. Cotton sheets were appreciated . Towels of good quality. Bathroom very neat.
It would be nice to have a small drinks fridge to keep the drinks cold in the summer. Maybe a communal ice machine could also be an alternative.

Amazing location, in the heart of Coventry.
The staff were friendly, they upgraded my room, as it had strong detergent smell, and there weren't others available. So, I got upgraded to a studio free of charge, quite caring for the guest's comfort.
I liked the vibes of the place.
It is a student accomodation, so if you are used to hotels with iron and hairdryer ensuite, spare yourself the trouble. These things are available but for rent/hour thru an easy peasy locker system in the reception area.
If you are picky about little hair here and there, also spare yourself the trouble.
