there was a few issues with things that where broken and there was a drawer connected to the blinds and left over things from the last guests

Stylish and clean

Central location, close to bus stops, train station, restaurants, attractions, stores and shops.

I stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks but: 0. They listed on their page that they provide baggage storage service at their front dest. But there is no front desk, there is no baggage storage. I had to drag my baggage around after checking out. They called me countless times, asking if I wanted to extend stay for a discount. It became a harassment after a third call. 1. Toilet seat is broken. Shower door cannot close fully. I informed them the first day but they were never fixed. Toilet seat slides easily and its size is wrong for the toilet bowl. 2. Not enough toilet paper provided. I understand if I were only staying for 3 days, it would be unreasonable to ask for more. The staff was rude and told me I was asking for "extra" even though it was only necessary. 3. Shower head fell off easily if you didn't press it down firmly. It dropped and knocked my head multiple times. 4. One chair is dangerous to sit on, only one loose screw fixing the seat to its legs while all other four were missing. 5. Wifi is weak. Rebooting it didn't help. 6. All outlets in the bedrooms are not by the bedsides as they claimed. Only one night stand between beds in the big bedroom but there is no outlet nearby. The layout in the small bedroom is even worse. The night stand is not even near the bed. 7. No space to put my shower products. I had to lay everything on the ground. 8. The TV hit my back multiple times in the big bedroom. It is mounted on the wall and the passage between it and the bed is narrow. 9. Utensils were greasy when I arrived. Some of cooking stuff were burnt and not replaced. Knife was too dull to use. I had to sharpen it myself on the ground outside. 10. A huge construction site was right out of the westside windows. It was noisy and dusty. I had to keep the windows closed at all time. 11. Cracks can be found in multiple places in the apartment. 12. One set of blinds are broken. 13. Door stoppers didn't work.

The apartment is neat and clean

The hosts were not very accommodating, stayed 4 nights and would not even consider an early check in or late check out. The TV's have no channels or anything on so make sure to bring your own. Parking is a nightmare, the parking directly outside is max 2 hours stay 24 hours a day. Budget at least £20 per day for parking down the road.
