Easy access to key locker - room was ready to go with tea/coffee and a nice biscuit 😁😁, the bed was comfortable and the shower was really good !! Whilst I had a problem with the TV not working the staff resolved this quickly with new batteries for the remote ! The stay was in very easy access to shops for food and local restaurants- whilst I didn’t need to use it there was ample parking that was secured by gates. The accommodation was close to public transport and the host provided information on the local area was good

Air Conditioning in the apartment. This would have been a real benefit for the accommodation. Though the owners had provided a pedestal fan, without which the heat in the room would have been unpleasant.

Instructions were emailed and were very clear. I had a problem with the Sat Nav but located the accommodation eventually. The secure parking was a bonus. The room was modern and well equipped and the refreshing shower was very welcome.

The only unfortunate thing about this trip was the coincidental heat wave which no one is usually equipped for. Luckily, they had a standalone fan in the room but it didn't make a huge difference to the temperature. Still managed to get some sleep though.

Clean, well presented property in location convenient for Arena. Everything needed was provided. Host was responsive and instructions were easy to follow. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again if attending a concert nearby.

Property was a bit hot when we returned from the concert, as even though it was a warm day the downstairs heating was on. Road noise was an issue when windows were open.

The room was clean and had facilities expected for an apartment.

Room was extremely cold, no instructions on how to put the radiator on or work the electronic thermostat and timer, so no heat the while stay. Also asked for a VAT invoice numerous times and received no response, had operated for weeks afterwards and nothing!
