It was okay for a last minute decision and good price

To be honest, even though we’re £35 a night that shouldn’t offset the level of a little bit of comfort and a little bit

To be honest, I didn’t really like much about the property. I think was old radiators didn’t work. The facilities were really rundown nothing really worked.

If I’m bit to be honest, the majority of the stuff I didn’t like about the property the radiators didn’t work. The lights in the room didn’t work. Stuff are falling off the walls really really rundown and it made me feel uncomfortable.

Nothing at all it’s just stinks and not clean should expecting my refund now I haven’t slept aswell had to back my own house.

It’s just disgusting the staff wasn’t nice at all they just don’t care and first time I came in and don’t know how key box works and lady comes and threatens to call the police when she knows I’m there for booked. Also the tv has nothing at all not even for YouTube.

What a kerfuffle?!?

I had booked 2 rooms in the property but when I contacted the property to check in I was told that only one room was available and the 2nd person would go to a different location which was far from the location booked on the app. We were in Coventry for an event, so we were not driving. I had to get a taxi to take my friend to the other property ,which is unacceptable. The fact that this was not communicated during the booking for me to plan in advance is very disappointing.

Not happy I want a refund

The carpets were dangerous coming away from the steep stairs I slipped and hurt myself . Stains on the pilllows from previous occupants. Dusty and wasn’t ready when I got there in the evening . Put me in a different house.

I was ridiculously charged extra £10 to check-in early . A total ripoff

The room wasn’t comfortable to sleep in as the noise from the window was quite disturbing , the bedding’s weren’t that clean as there were particles of hair on it here and there.

The toilets were unclean and extremely uncomfortable to use . The kitchen unkept and people there kept moving about loudly and at odd hours banging doors .

Sleep in a bus stop it’s quieter and cleaner

I’ve emailed both the property and booking.com it was like grand central station all night until 6.38 this morning slamming doors running up and down stair in amd out of kitchens standing outside my bedroom window talking at 4 am ridiculous it’s quieter in a nightclub. The sheets had a blank dirty hand print on them the white sheets were dirty there was no toilet paper the shelf was useless above the sink it’s sloped down and there was left over bottles of shower soaps in shower that was ment to be clean

I checked in a few hours before arriving at the place but they didn't send me the login information until I was at the door. I didn't get the message and I had to call. The person I spoke to cut off my call the second time I called because I did not receive the text message with the details and the password to enter. The bed should be changed because the springs can touch your back. The sheets smelled like someone else's breath. It was very uncomfortable to feel that I was sleeping in a bed where either the sheets were not changed, or they were not washed very well. The smell didn't let me sleep peacefully. There is only one shower for everyone. The downstairs bathroom is only a toilet and is located in the kitchen door. The kitchen is not very clean but you can make yourself a coffee if you like. The room I am in near the window is very cold. There could be a stove. I don't know who or when they turn the central heating on or if it works.

Clean, cosy and great value for money

Lovely clean place, very comfortable and cosy and easy to find. Responsive, polite and helpful host. Location was excellent and parking was very easy. Check in could not have been easier. Clean bathroom and overall better than expected.

One guest checked in past midnight and was quite noisy, which disturbed me. The host was nice about it.

I liked that you could park right outside

The kitchen floor and bin were filthy, the tea towel was smelly. My room was dusty and hairs everywhere. Mattress boney. Bathroom shower tiles haven't been cleaned in months. My room window doesn't shut properly so it was noisy by the road.

Peaceful and comfortable.

I stayed for 10 nights. I've met nice people. Peace and comfort of my own space. Nice kitchen, everything you need for cooking is there. Very nice place. I will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended. Thank you! :)
