Our four-night stay at the Telegraph Hotel in Coventry was truly outstanding. My wife, daughter, and I booked two rooms, both beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and infused with the hotel’s unique character. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional team—every staff member we encountered was warm, gracious, and remarkably attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our daughter’s graduation trip.
The hotel’s prime location, refined ambiance, and thoughtful service created the perfect setting for a memorable family celebration. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and the joyful touches that made our stay extraordinary. Without hesitation, we look forward to returning and highly recommend Telegraph Hotel to anyone visiting Coventry.

All was going great until encounter rude staff Cat Li attended to our complain that made us from disappointed to furious about the situation about bad housekeeping and that according to her is mostly our fault . I think she forgot we are customer and are not responsible for providing service because we PAID for our stays . Absolutely ruin the whole stay … besides that all are good with great location ,room is spacious and other staffs are courteous.
