The apartment was super clean, and very neat. well appointed and equipped.
the shower was very temperamental in terms of temperature, running scorching hot or freezing cold.

Reasonable price. Good parking.
When I arrived it was freezing cold. With all windows left open. One of which was broken and couldn't be closed.
The deposit process is incredibly clunky, not obvious, and difficult to claim back. On that basis alone, I would not return.

Nothing don't recommend
Very disappointed, i don't recommend to anyone, i ask the lady to do a late check in and she told me,like (if i don't arrive before 9 pm i lose my booking and i did lose my booking, because she don't want to help even a bit, is a scam)
Don't even think about to book with them you will lose your money.

Well presented, clean and comfortable.
It was pretty warm, but one night it was a little colder than it has been and we were not able to apply any heating.
No instruction on how to use the microwave oven. I’m guessing it was more than just a microwave based on the fact it was a small kitchen with equipment.

Confusing check in. Somehow got in to the wrong room. Rude staff who were communicating on phone. Not privet room. Noisy road. Wont give my deposit back because I didn’t send account details straight away.

Took deposit for £50 and only returned it after chasing directly with accommodation. Only then to receive back £46. I didn’t stay in the end as it was simply not eleven a 2 star let alone a 3.
Photo’s do not reflect the accommodation I booked as it was not clean, unkept and smelt very strongly of Tabaco and marijuana.

Initially, the property looked nice, until we opened the bathroom door.
The bathroom was full of large blue flies. Apparently the guests before left quantities of food out creating a big problem with flies.
They sent housekeeping with a can of fly spray but when they saw the amount they realised it was a bigger problem than they anticipated. They explained about the previous occupants and as there was no other room offered to try and rectify the situation. They suggested using silicone to seal a gap in the bathroom, moving the bins at the front of the property as it was such a hot weekend. We had to leave the room and did not have a chance to refresh before going to our event. They said they would try to fix things while we were out. However on our return there were still flies, so we had no choice but to go home in the early hours. We have since been trying to get a refund without success. The property are not taking my calls or responding to booking.com, so I can't get anywhere with a refund. I would not recommend this property or booking.com

Self contained apartment.
The blinds were Broken. It wasn't a huge issue but the windows that didn't have curtains let in a lot of light so was awake very early.

I've stayed here multiple times now. This time round the woman on the phone i found was quite rude. Asked for more milk as there was one tiny one. Me and my wife couldn't even make a brew. In past, Ive got more sugar, milk and tea bags if requested with no issue. One thing to mention they actually take £6 service charge. They say they take £3 but its double. They take £3 when you book as it states so on the invoice, then they keep a further £3 from your damage deposit which you transfer. Then your deposit is said to be returned withing 24hours after checkout, but actually takes 2 days.

The tv came on but no connection to Netflix or YouTube because of the WiFi so low. Staff member came to help but I don’t think he could even fix it.
Shower wasn’t good had to keep pressing the button for the water to start low water. Bathroom was too tight. During night time noises from the room opposite us doors banging.

The studio was spacious, modern and comfortable. Was nice to have a table and chairs for mealtimes and there was ample parking.
The kitchen was poorly stocked. One small sharp knife and no can opener was disappointing.
The extractor in the bathroom was extremely sensitive and noisy, and would run for ages, so you couldn’t put the light on at night otherwise I wouldn’t have got back to sleep. The road outside is quite busy so no good for a light sleeper as the window didn’t close properly. These were quite small things though.

It was neat inside the room.
They take a 100 pounds deposit (by bank transfer and not through Booking.com) which they promise to refund after 7 days, so you're at their mercy until then. However. I did not receive a refund until 4 weeks after when my bank automatically reverted it. I've never seen any accommodation keep a deposit for 1 month after check out. Very disappointing and the whole experience felt quite stressful
In addition I didn't feel safe, the reception smelled of cigarette smoke and the place didn't have a welcoming atmosphere as its not serviced apartments, its a house thats been converted to rooms so it feels strange on arrival as a guest, like you're staying in someone's house.

Room does not look near what was on pictures, my room was in old house still under renovation. Windows appears old and very dirty black mold around, they try to cover with long curtains.
I booked to stay another night due to unforseen circumstances and I requested for another bed sheet as bedding was rubbish ( no extra sheets available in the room to change if needed) and I was told to pay extra 5 pound even though, I paid for an extra night.
The blanket cover was alright but the bedsheet was very old an very uncomfortable to sleep on. It was rough and Pilling off, Hence I requested a new one. Pillows were so flat we had to fold them to have the filling of a pillow.
Bathroom had no mat therefore, flooring was all wet after the shower, I used toilet roll and my own flannel to dry the flooring expecially cos the bath was in the kitchen and everywhere was wet.
Bathroom light not always working switch won't work depending on its mood lol
They need to pay attention to details invest in new bedding, usually other places leave extra bedding so, we can change when needed, never heard of paying extra first time. They would have cleaned and changed bed sheet if I was a new customer don't see why I couldn't get a new one especially when bedding was rubbish.

1. The owners/managers were very dishonest. They deliberately cooked up a reason to make deductions from the deposits.
2. When a complain was made on their reason for the intended deductions, The handler of the customer service was very rude
3. There was no cooling system to reduce heat
4. There was noise because the occupiers of the building were playing cricket behind the house

The location was good for where we needed to be. There is a good selection of shops and takeaways nearby. Not to much traffic, so it's not too noisy. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. On the whole very good.
It could do with a bit more in the way of accessories for the kitchen, eg. Salt, pepper ,oil things like that. There wasn't a tin opener,but they were very helpful in getting one. The toiletries were not as described in the advertisement, and we were very surprised that £100 was taken as a breakage deposit as it said £50 in the advertisement.

the location was great, the apartment was very clean and it was mostly quiet during our stay. the bed is comfortable as well which is great.
I was quite surprised to see a 10am checkout to be honest, especially during a bank holiday stay. I usually see 11am check out and that hour makes a big difference for me.
