The staff were 10 out of 10 amazing and really helpful. Lovely staff. The restaurant food is delicious and cooked fresh. The hospitality tray in the room was stocked well and a full size fridge. Shower was good.I requested a fan and was already in my room when I arrived
Just a little point as a female guest
No mirror in the room this would be a great addition. Bed was a bit uncomfortable maybe a mattress topper might help.

Staff were friendly, and the location is good
It's a bedroom (with a lock) in a series of terraced houses - no staff actually in the building so as a woman traveling on my own I didn't feel very safe. I expected basic facilities for the price, but just a bare light bulb was a bit too basic! The walls are very thin, so I heard neighbours coughing, and the windows rattled when buses and lorries went by, and a bedside light would make a big difference.
