Nice hotel. Plenty of parking, great Wi-Fi. Nice food and drink in the restaurant and bar, all reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable, nice en-suite. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed in double room in the past and no issues. Only single available this time, uncomfortable mattress that desperately needs replacing, cold small wet room with the most pathetic water flow I have ever experienced. Frosted glass but no window covering in wet room/en suite. Noise from main road continuous until early hours. Staff friendly.

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The whole hotel looked clean and fresh. The bed and bathroom linen was in very good condition. Breakfast was of a very high standard. All-in-all an excellent experience.

The whole building and rooms, bar, reception are nice but a bit tired. Lovely staff, did not eat there but the food did look very good. Room again a bit tired but clean and tidy.

Really good friendly service. Calm and peaceful atmosphere. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Easily accessible by road with good parking, near the A45 Coventry bypass. Good value. The WiFi was basically unusable but that's a small thing. Overall, very satisfied.

Stayed as base for Warwick Live concert. Was cheap, decent value for Money and reception and bar staff friendly. However on one night at 1am there was a fire alarm. Residents assembled outside, but I was appalled at lack of any response from hotel staff. No one came to let us know what was going on or carry out any fire marshall duties. The alarm stopped and residents really just left to own devices to drift back in. One gentleman in a suit, who I presumed to be a

Easy to find, plenty of parking. It was late at night, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clearly recently referred and was very clean and tidy. Would definitely go there again and would recommend.

I have work in the hotel industry myself and i was very impressed with everything.. They were very acomadating. Lovely friendly staff in all parts of the hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends.

Everything about inside the hotel was good the only thing that wasn`t in line with the interior was the exterior and the car park both of these need to be refurbished and then the place would be nice right throughout. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman at the reception desk and also had my room upgraded, so that was a nice uplift to my experience.

Terrible. The hotel only reopened on the day of arrival so there was skeleton staff and no restaurant or bar available for the 4 night stay. No place to leave luggage at checkout either.

Hotel and room was clean but basic. We were staying for an early Birmingham airport flight. Suited our requirements and the food was decent in the restaurant/bar. Only downside for me was that there were dogs allowed which in itself was fine but one poo’d outside our door and it stank to high heaven. The owners of dog were neighbours on the same floor and were quite noisy. We had to ask them to keep the noise down outside our room at 11pm. They did clean the mess up but the smell was so bad we had to lay a towel across the bottom of our door! Budget hotel for a budget price, you get what you pay for and we would stay again for travel purposes. Probably not for a leisurely weekend away though.
