A nice, comfortable place to stay.

I needed somewhere affordable to stay whilst working in the area. I arrived late and was awake early so was unable to make best use of the facilities there. However, the room was very comfortable and the area quiet, which made for a peaceful nights sleep. Many thanks.

Great place but rooms need some improvement

Staff were great. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Hosts gave clear directions and were very responsive to demands and queries

Fantastic value for money, very clean house, with excellent facilities

Fantastic value for money, very clean and excellent facilities. My room even had hangers and there were added touches like hooks to hang your towel on in the bathroom. The shower was nice and warm and I didn’t expect a towel provided for the price, but it was. It was very handy to park my car on the drive. The owner’s emails with instructions were very polite and useful.

There’s nothing I didn’t like - it exceeded my expectations.

Molto bello e tranquillo

Bella casa in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo. La posizione è comoda se si ha una macchina ma un po' scomoda se si deve fare affidamento sui mezzi pubblici (dovendo andare alla Warwick Uni l'ho trovata un po' lontana ma purtroppo il problema riguarda più la posizione dell'università che è abbastanza lontana da tutto). Nel complesso la casa è molto funzionale e la stanza è come in foto, silenziosa e con il letto comodo. Rapporto qualità prezzo OTTIMO!

Se devo trovare una pecca è la pulizia del bagno durante il soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo era tutto molto pulito ma ho avuto l'impressione che i bagni non venissero puliti quotidianamente. Essendo rimasta 4 giorni questo è diventato un problema durante gli ultimi giorni. Dato che si tratta di una struttura con bagno condiviso forse suggerirei di fare dei controlli se si hanno degli ospiti che stanno per un periodo superiore ad una notte. Nel complesso nulla di grave solo una piccola accortezza in più per rendere il soggiorno ancora migliore.
