Good sized 3 bedroom house good for a small family. Good communication from property managers. Good location to central Coventry.

Overall property could do with some improvements. When hiring somewhere to stay i look for 3 things - cleanliness, safe for kids and everything should work. This house needs some attention. Backyard was unattractive with left rubbish including glass bottles and what looked to be broken tiles. Not safe for children. Next door property garden growing into yard also making it unsightly and unsafe as its thorny. Backyard could do with some beautification and some painting and cleaning of the patio. Kitchen equipment wasn't always all clean and some of it poor quality and really needs replacing. No hot water, broken curtain, a bath that was partially blocked, lights not working in one room on arrival. Water stains on ceiling, congealed cornflakes on greenblankets throws on beds which stunk- not sure when they were last cleaned. In fact a lot of stuff in the house needs deep cleaning including the sofas and rug. House just needs a bit more thought put into it to make it a comfortable stay. All in all this place has huge potential but not in a good enough state for us to stay again.
