Lovely stay, perfect for if you want an easy location near train station, was clean and comfortable.

It looks exactly like the photos, still very new and was clean. I enjoyed the stay.

There is currently no lifts so if you have heavy bags you need to carry it up the stairs which wasn’t as convenient.

Great location near the train station. The staff member I interacted with was very nice. Good quality facilities and very clean.

Would only recommend for youngsters

It was v clean and well appointed for students. We were given extra pillows and a fan by the manager.

Not suitable for couples. No air conditioning and windows only open a few inches. We were given a fan fortunately but it was stifling most of the time. Really just suitable as nice student accommodation. We Should have done our homework and researched better. We were on top floor with no lift available. The area was v noisy til 5am with a nightclub outside.

Oh Goodness I love my smart studio apartment feels so comfortable and homely! From the amazing staff who understand, to the lovely kitchenette design. where all l services if needed are all simplified in an app. I don't call it a hotel.. I call it home. the Best I have ever stayed.

Great value for money

Great value for money, you can even have an easy meal with the kitchenwares provided. Shower is good, heating is good, very clean throughout. Convenient location, some takeaway just around the corner.

Very good

It was an almost perfect room. Spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities and a surprisingly comfortable bathroom. New furniture and very functional kitchenette. Very close to the train station and with lots of diners and convenience stores in 2 minutes walking distance.

The mattress was unacceptable. As if it belonged to another hotel. Old and completely worn out. If it hadn't been for it I would have given to Victoria House a 10/10.

Compensation would be in order

The reason you have this score is because shortly after arrival my wife injured her shin on the corner of the bed frame,I requested a First Aid kit which when found was almost empty.The injury was fairly serious.My anger was that there was no follow up from the hotel staff as to her condition which was seen by the staff member who delivered the Kit.(Photos are available if required.)I am not a happy person.L.Morison

The check-in/out process was very quick and smooth. The location is just a 15 min walk to the city center. The front desk was friendly.

The bed was small for a couple, and the matress springs were bad. There was a water leakage on the floor by the room door, and the front desk tried but couldn't get someone to look at it till we checked out after 6 days. I also suggest hanging a sign in every door, asking guests not to slam the doors.

I love the heating and the warm water in the shower. I love the tea and the coffee, although I bring mine. The staff is very helpful and the room is clean. I also enjoy chatting with the receptionists. They are lovely!

Good stay

Great location and staff were helpful especially with allowing us to leave luggage the day of our checkout.

Beds were very uncomfortable!! Apparently they fixed it the day after our stay but the staff couldn't offer any compensation (such as a room change) to make up for it unfortunately.

This accomodation was perfect. Close to city center, very clean, room was cosy and had everything we need. It was really great we had that small kitchen fully equiped. It was perfect for preparing and having breakfast. The host was also nice and helpfull and offered all the info we asked about. All in all very happy we chose to stay here for a week.

It was comfy and felt safe. Neat and close to the city center too.

No daily option of refuse disposal. Just one extra bin nylon, no daily cleaning of rooms and no local arrangements for access to washing machine for visitors to the uK like us
