Secure parking, comfortable bed, decently equipped apartment, short walk into the centre of Coventry, responsive host - went above and beyond to resolve an access issue.
Having to complete a separate process to provide ID after already paying and completing the booking process. The apartment overlooks the communal bin storage area.

Good location for what we needed. The apartment was clean. The hosts were great at communicating. There was a problem that the hosts resolved quickly.
The sofa beds are a bit uncomfortable, but they do a good job. The freezer had some spilt custard in it. The apartment was very warm, but having the windows open and a fan provided for us did help.

Lovely and clean, very comfortable and quiet. The living area was much bigger than I expected and was really close to the station. The free parking was great and the host responded immediately when the initial check in instructions didn’t come through. Would highly recommend.

Apartment accomodation close to city centre with free included parking.
The apartment could have been cleaner. Washing machine in the apartment allowed us to do our washing as we were nearing the end of our trip…..however no dryer! Middle of winter and no dryer, so the washer was pointless.
