Could’ve been better.
The property was ok for what it was.
One of the rooms had two single beds pushed together to make a double bed, it wasn’t comfortable at all… the floor boards through the hall way is hazardous they need to be fixed. The worse part of it was not having hot water from day two of my stay i don’t know what happened but nothing that i tried to do work the boiler wasn’t working at all so i couldn’t shower from Saturday to Sunday morning before my departure i had bath when i got back home.

Great value accomodation, great location, responsive host and clean
Accomodation was clean and tidy and there was secure parking available too. Though we did not use them there was tea/ coffee provided and toiletries in the bathroom.
Cannot fault the cleanliness and responsiveness of the host. We stayed in the ensuite bedroom and whilst the bed was okay for the few nights we stayed but may have been an issue if staying for longer.

Nice apartment but a bit of headache to reach it for the first time
The apartment was nice and clean, with a comfortable living room and decent rooms. Once we found our way to the flat – it was quite close by the centre (roughly a 10-15 min walk).
the gate code given was actually from the car entry and not from the walking side (hence, it took us roughly 30 minutes going around the whole complex and trying all the gates) – one of the residents actually gave us one of the walking gate code, but what took a lot of points from the property was that the building has 2 entries with the same sign ''Monea Hall 1-33'' (one on the back and one in front of the building). We couldn't find the right one at first; hence, I ended up staying in the harsh cold with 2 elderly parents (which was not at all ideal). I tried to call a few times the number given, but no one answered – they were unreachable; therefore, I called customer service, and they managed to get in touch with someone from the property and sort the issue out for me (redirect me to the other side of the building to the other entry). All the process took roughly 45-50 minutes, time that we were outside in the cold (big no no). The mattress was very uncomfortable.
