Fine for a short period, but we were glad to leave.

Location was good. Price was fine. Car park.

Everything felt a little dirty / grimy - key fob was sticky for example. Bed in the second room was extremely uncomfortable. Bathrooms were a little unpleasant. Corridors smelt like bins. Vomit and cocaine in the lift.

Lovely Flat!

The apartment was amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. It was decorated so lovely with a beautiful view of the cathedral.

The square located outside the balcony and windows could be quite noisy late at night.

Lovely apartment, good comms with the owners, great location. Would definitely stay again.

I usually stay in hotels when away with work but for the 3 nights I needes, for some reason the hotels were very expensive so I decided to go for a self catering apartment. Glad I did. Location was super convenient, within very close proximity to bars, restaurants and shops. Balcony and lounge window has a lovely view of the cathedral and water feature in the square. Very close to the bus station (I didn't need that but it could be useful for some). Apartment is well equipped, wifi was great, smart TV easy to use. Very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. Bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I was a little concerned initially about collecting the keys, entry to the car park (which is very secure) but to be fair, it was all easy and smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Could do with some more utensils in the kitchen. It wasn't ill equipped, but when cooking for myself I could have done with some wooden spoons etc (I never like using metal spoons or utensils with sausepans etc). The oven is pretty complicated. Good job there were instructions left in the apartment. Even so, it still took me ages to work out that I needed to set the timer before the oven will switch on. I was going to grate some cheese, but really didn't like the look of the grater! Due to the location there can be a strong smell of food from the restaurants downstairs but the smell wasn't wholly unpleasant. Could get noisy with people walking through the square at pub kicking out time and the apartment building itself was a little rough around the edges but that's not the fault of the owners of this apartment.

Perfect apartment for exploring the city

Lots of communication with Ana prior to check in and given clear instructions how to do so. Perfect location for exploring the city. Secure parking was great but also only a short walk to Pool Meadow bus station when we wanted to go to Leicester for the day. Apartment very well equipped especially the kitchen. Walking distance to Arco an Italian restaurant where we had a superb meal

There was some outside noise on one of the evenings as others have commented on but it stopped at 12.30am. It was a hot few days and so the windows were open but the noise really wasn’t a problem for us. Could see why it would be for others though.

Lovely apartment in fab location!

Great location near historic centre, shops and restaurants, bars and cafes. Beautiful decor! Loved the velvet sofa and chairs.

The double bed in the smaller bedroom was two singles joined and there was a very hard middle line, so not able to sleep in the middle of the bed. The two mattresses on that bed have sagged so a little investment in a great new bed is necessary.

The apartment was a great size and really well located for the bus to the Coventry Building Society Arena. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates/glasses/mugs etc. The check in was simple and the free included parking was excellent.

Common parts pretty grimy, inc the car park. Immediate area outside not well lit and noisy until late into the night. Had to shut the window.

Well equipped, very clean and modern. Nice views and excellent location, which was very quiet in spite of being central. Very helpful owner.

I didn't find the sofa very comfortable (I have a bad back).. We found it difficult to regulate the temperature of the over the bath shower.

A good apartment with great kitchen, but outside noise and somewhat poor showers detracted.

The flat is in central Coventry near the Cathedral. A pleasant area, with some convenient local shops, bars and restaurants. Parkingf is ground-level and enclosed, there is a good lift, efficient key system and access from the street both sides on different levels. All necessary kitchen and general equipment is provided and is first-class, and the furnishings are very clean. The beds were comfortable. The host is impeccably efficient and very helpful.

It is a nice area, but both nights there were problems outside well into the night with noisy/drunken/disturbed people, which detracted from sleep. The windows appear double-glazed, but this didn't seem to help much The walls between the bedrooms are thin, and noise travels easily. Neither of us thought our showers were particularly good.

Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment, it is bigger than you can see from the pictures. Everything you may need for a stay has been thought of and it's a very comfortable sleep. Good location, close to town centre and lots of lovely restaurants and the cathedral. Great communication with the host, they seem committed to ensuring your stay is smooth and hassle free.

The lift to the building was upstairs. Needed to climb stairs to get to the lift with our 5 bags. That was a bit difficult bcoz of the cold weather. Otherwise eve else was really good.

I had a really comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. It is really spacious, and the rooms feel even bigger than on the photos. It's been very recently renovated, and they had thought of everything that I needed. Well-equipped kitchen with a good dishwasher and washing machine. Lovely sunshine through the windows and a nice view from this third floor flat, with a balcony. Quiet at night and excellent blackout blinds. Very hot water in the comfortable bathtub! Very handy for the centre of town and cathedral. It's above a quiet square of good Asian restaurants.
